if you are just starting out please do not waste your time with this supplier. from the get go which was over as year ago, customer service was spotty, and as for the website it could be more user friendly with regard to updating items. I really hope that there is another European supplier that can fulfill my needs took months for my test order to be delivered to me and I'm pretty certain that one item just didn't even make it to me i have uploaded so many items and invested so much time that it now breaks my heart to remove all their items and start fresh. does any one know of any supplier that carry the same brands as Matterhorn? If I could leave a negative star rating I would

Une marque qui n'inspire aucune confiance. ils vous abondonne quand vous avez un probleme technique . 2 mois d'attente pour obtenir une reponse "Svp soyez patiente nous allons traiter votre demande " quand vous lancez une commance chez vous il faut etre pret d'attendre + 7 jours pour la preparation de la commande et 5 jours min pour envoyer une commande .C'est vraiment honteux

I'm trying to place an order but no response for 5 days. Tried to contact them everywhere. Their Whatsapp number on their Facebook page is fake. It seems that this company isn't operating. MONTHS OF WORK TO CREATE A STORE WASTED BY THIS FAKE SUPPLIER!

My Honest Experience with Matterhorn Wholesale I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience in case it helps others facing similar issues. At first, I believed Matterhorn Wholesale to be a reliable and high-quality clothing supplier. My first order went smoothly and was delivered correctly, which gave me confidence in the company. Unfortunately, my second order was a completely different experience and ultimately led me to shut down my Shopify store. Here’s what happened: A customer placed an order for several items. I received payment and then, to my surprise, Matterhorn informed me afterward that some of the items listed as in stock were actually out of stock. It took them over a week just to confirm that the remaining items had shipped to the UK. Delivery to the customer took even longer — delays which might have been acceptable had everything else gone right. But things got worse. When the customer finally received the package, one of the items was incorrect. Instead of what was ordered, they received a completely different product. This forced me to begin a return and exchange process. But things got even worse — the wholesaler then informed me that the original item the customer had selected was out of stock, making it impossible to exchange the incorrect item for the right one. And this is where I faced the most frustration: customer support. Initially, someone from Matterhorn responded to me, but then there were long gaps — days with no replies. I only ever heard from one person, and they seemed overwhelmed or unsure. Meanwhile, my customer was understandably frustrated and asked multiple times how to return the item quickly. Resolving this issue took more than a week and completely disrupted my business. I had to pause all my Shopify work just to deal with this situation and make sure the customer’s problem was solved. The customer’s trust was on the line — and unfortunately, so was mine. To summarize: • Products listed as "in stock" were actually unavailable. • Shipping was slow and uncommunicated. • The customer received the wrong item. • The return/refund process was slow and unclear. • Customer support was inconsistent and unresponsive. This entire experience destroyed the trust I initially had in Matterhorn Wholesale. For over a month, I had imported over 1,000 items from Matterhorn Wholesale into my Shopify store with great confidence, believing they were a reliable partner. I don’t know whether this review will make an impact on them — but I sincerely hope they use it to improve. This was my real experience, and others should be aware before they decide to work with this supplier. I regret to say that my experience with this supplier has been extremely disappointing. At first, I believed they were reliable and even invested weeks of work uploading over 1,000 of their products to my store, carefully creating titles and descriptions. I trusted them more than my previous suppliers. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. Due to issues with one of my customer’s orders, my online store was forced to close for almost two months — and the problem has still not been resolved. I tried to be patient, even after speaking directly with their CEO, who promised improvements. Months later, nothing has changed. My repeated messages went unanswered, and the lack of accountability has been very unprofessional. UPDATED The customer sent the package to MATTERHORN Wholesale, but they refused to accept it and the parcel was returned back to the customer. From the very day my customer shipped the package, I informed MATTERHORN that it was on its way and would be received by them. Despite this, they rejected it. In the end, I had to refund my customer in full at my own expense. To this day, MATTERHORN has not responded or taken any responsibility for this matter. MATTERHORN — we are not in the business of deceiving people, even if you can act that way. I have remained patient for months, and I truly respect my customer for also being patient with me until the very end. I initially avoided leaving a bad review because I hoped things could be worked out, but after so much wasted time, money, and effort, I feel obligated to warn others. Many other sellers seem to have experienced similar problems, which unfortunately confirms my experience. This company needs to take responsibility, improve its service, and treat its partners with respect. Until then, I cannot recommend them as a wholesale supplier.

This is by far the worst dropshipping company I’ve ever dealt with. I waited over a week and my customer never received the order. I had to refund the money and take the loss, while Matterhorn made me look like a fool. I sent multiple emails and they never bothered to reply – zero communication, zero support, zero professionalism. Honestly, this feels like a scam operation. If you value your business and your customers, stay far away from Matterhorn.

Unfortunately, this company currently does not accept returns. Their explanation is that, due to changes in management and bank accounts, they “cannot activate the return function” for clients. They also state that “returns may be possible in the future, but they don’t know when.” This is a very vague and unprofessional response. They emphasize being a wholesale business, yet they expect customers to purchase without any option to return items. The reality is that as a wholesaler selling to end customers, we are legally obliged to accept returns under consumer protection laws—but this company refuses to take responsibility on their side. Very disappointing experience, not transparent, and not customer-friendly.

Aus meiner Erfahrung rate ich von dieser App ab. Es gibt keinen Kundenservice. Nachdem ich meinen Shop eingerichtet und viel Zeit investiert hatte, kam meine erste Bestellung. Die Ware wurde aber nach 7 Tagen nicht geliefert. Mehrere Versuche, den Kundenservice zu erreichen, blieben erfolglos. Erst später schrieb mir jemand, dass die Bestellung noch nicht versendet wurde und noch in Bearbeitung sei. Sehr enttäuschend – meiner Meinung nach sollte Shopify diese App verbieten, um Betrug zu verhindern.

I had a serious issue with this company called Matterhorn, a company based in Europe handling badly our dropshipping services. An order was placed and the customer paid for express shipping hoping the product can be shipped within the right amount of time. Unfortunately, that was not the case! The customer continues to complain and follow-up with us to know what's going on with their order. The worst, the customer's order was placed on paid status for more than 10 days with zero tracking number. Finally, after several exhausted contacts that I made, they finally sent a tracking number, but still useless as the customer already so mad and very unsatisfied. We are now more than 30 days since the order was placed. My customer decided to give up and I had to refund the money. In addition, Matterhorn people are so unresponsive and irresponsible since the date the order was placed and do not return email. Basically, they stole the money and my customer never receive the product to this day. Please do not do any business with Matterhorn Wholesale because they will NOT fulfill your order and worst they will not respond to any email. It was a total waste of time and money. They are a horrible company! Please stay away!

Well, you have great products, but unfortunately, the app is very slow and has many technical issues. A few days ago, I placed an order (Order #79431), and it's been 4 days without any response to my email. I received an email saying that the order has been shipped, but there is no shipping update on Shopify. I hope you will respond soon and fix these issues. I really like your products, but the technical problems are frustrating. Once the app improves and I receive proper updates, I’ll be happy to change my review!!!!!!

The app was so easy to install and complete all the necessary information. However, there is no admin support and I cant see how to place the order. I sent several emails without a reply. So now I will have to cancel the customer order and lose money. Greatly disappointed. I will be removing the app and all products from my store. A total waste of my time.

The app looks professional, and the catalog pictures are high quality. But a lot of products failed to import in my store, and I got no technical support. Contact option is only email, but no answer after 24 hours. UPDATE: My problem was solved after my review, so now everything seems to work fine.

Po dokładnym przetestowaniu tej aplikacji jestem naprawdę zadowolony z mojej decyzji o jej wykorzystaniu. Początkowo dodawanie produktów wydawało się nieco czasochłonne, ale z czasem cały proces przebiegał gładko, co potwierdza wysoką jakość oferowanych produktów oraz dostępnych obrazów. Integracja mojego sklepu była bardzo prosta, co znacznie przekroczyło moje oczekiwania. Wsparcie techniczne super – szybko i efektywnie. W moim przypadku bardzo duży plus na możliwość importowania produktu z wariantami. Gorąco polecam!
