The customer service I received from Jay at trusted site was amazing! I was so frustrated with the app I was planning on deleting it! He fixed everything in under 24 hours and really alleviated a lot of the stress of running an online shop on your own with a million apps. Having one less thing to deal with really helps! Thanks so much for the service!

The application itself is pretty good, that’s why I am using it. However support is very bad. They do not respond for days. I tried email and phone, but could get in touch with no one.

Jay was great in helping us add the trusted site trust marks on our website. The response was not always quick but that is expected to an extent given the different time zones we are operating in. We look forward to seeing whether the trust marks increase conversion.

October2025 - 6 years into having a top tier TrustedSite Badge on my small micro business online store has been vital for visitors trust. Highly recommend using the TrustedSite App services. October 2024 - TrustSite continues to be the #1 app for trust badges within my shop. Professional and trustworthy. Reached out to TrustedSite to have dialog about option for niche store, received phone call with suggestions and also recommendation to add Trust badges that were included in package but not visible on site. Jay was totally helpful in accomplishing the set-up to take advantage of trust badge placement in critical checkout locations.

clunky, slow, and tired of waiting around for support and the never arriving password reset. you cant register your proof of address through the shopify site, you have to go off piste. I wouldnt bother with these guys.

After doing lot of research, I recently downloaded the free version of Shopify trust which was already quite effective but then because of surge on additional visitors to my site madhafineart.com I decided to upgrade to the Pro version which also comes with additional McAfee certificate/badge. I got trusted site technical person to help me out putting the codes on my store. I thought I needed a shopify plus plan. But not really. You just simply need to contact the support team and they will do everything for you. They are super helpful. I bought the trusted site plan to get my site more secure checkout experience while providing my customers safety. Highly recommended !
