This app is a Zapier Killer, especially when you include their amazing customer support. I'm so happy to be making the switch from zaps to workflows with Mesa. I can't wait to get our new system up and running with MESA. No more double/triple/quadruple runs based on the faulty connection between Shopify and Zapier, and there's so much flexibility in what we can do with MESA it's cutting down on what our google sheets and scripts have to accomplish.

Their customer service is outstanding! I had a custom request for a workflow and Daniel was able to create exactly what I needed while we chatted online.

uninstalled this app and was billed for it a month later. I cant find who I need to talk to about this. Sick an tired of having to have an app to do anything within my store. Every time I turn around it some bs I have to deal with.

Well, I'm a tech idiot and can't figure out how to make it work, but luckily I can pay their customer service team to do it for me! I've been lucky enough to work with Daniel. He is amazing. A real life saver. I love the product though. It makes Shopify and Infinite Options do what we need it to do. And MESA simplifies the process to collect the data I need through thousands of transactions. I'm just so glad we found MESA.

We just needed this app for a very, very simple function - to pass one line of data per order. In the space of a month the app automatically upgraded us from $12 Basic plan to $99 per month for the simplest of tasks that turns out, we were being charged per order at our store and the app considered each order 'a task'. It's totally overpriced. Perhaps if you're going to be using multiple functions it's worth the $$$. But, if you're a high-volume store that just needs a tiny portion of the app's functionality, then it's crazy expensive due to its per order pricing model.

Extremely helpful team that will help develop workflows for you. Tons more options than the Shopify Flow app. The workflows can be challenging to build and not very intuitive.
