It has been such a great experience working with the MESA team. Everyone is so nice and helpful (plus they respond quickly to help requests). I wanted to use an app that wasn't listed and they created a workflow for me that will save me SO much time. Jordin is a magician! The app works great for me and my business and is making reporting a breeze.
We are so delighted to have had the opportunity to assist you with your workflow and work on this together. We agree that Jordin is amazing and can work magic with automation :) We look forward to working together again.

While as a newbie, I found it a bit difficult to set up a workflow on my own, the customer service from MESA has been absolutely outstanding: personalized calls to create & fix my workflow, and several follow up sessions to tweak & perfect the workflow. Haven't had this positive level of customer service ever from an app - very highly recommended.

I'm a non-coder, and the app was a little confusing to me... definitely a learning curve and I expect I will get more comfortable with it. When I ran into issues though, customer service was on point. Thanks Daniel!

This app is absolutely fantastic. We have many products with color options and Shopify was unable to create enough variants for the options we offer. We use Infinite Options to solve this problem then integrate Mesa to help export all orders with these options to a Google Sheet in order to track production of these custom color pieces of gear. The customer service deserves special recognition as they have helped me build flows from start, taught me a lot about how to build them myself and then are happy to troubleshoot and refine the flow that I built out myself. I can't recommend this app enough if you want to get a better handle on your data from Shopify.

Really robust set of triggers and actions that we couldn't find anywhere else. Plus their support staff is super helpful in getting things set up!

Very useful app to automate based on many triggers but it still missing Google sheets reverse triggers and actions It has a very quick & supportive customer service team :)

I really like this app. It helps us track the fulfillment of our store orders. Their customer support is a big PLUS coz they respond fast and accurately with any inquiries or help needed.

This application saved significant development time. There are other services/apps that allow similar automation, but what separates MESA is ShopPads customer service. With other larger companies, you sometimes wait a week for technical help. ShopPad responds quickly and can even address complicated code questions if you decide to write custom code for their automation framework.

If you're looking for responsive customer help, Mesa is the way to go. They always make sure that my concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner. I'm very happy with the level of service I've received from them. Definitely give them a 5-star rating!
