Good APP to automate any kind of flow. Very rich in features. Amazing Support by Jordin S. Highly recommend Mesa for any simple/complex automated workflow. Drawback: Shopify Orders Flow FAIL without "Mesa Delay" step and minimum supported delay is of 1 hour. Every Shopify order flow is executed after 1 hour.

This app does exactly what I needed it to do! I wanted to add a custom box with our logo to the order based on the total weight of the order and it works perfectly in tests. Furthermore, I was offered help to configure the workflows and Daniel from the support team was excellent in providing me the help that I needed. Thank you MESA!

Mesa was able to automate the majority of the tasks we needed. Their support team has been great and they're helped to setup a number of Flows for us quickly. We looked into Mechanic but would have spent $$$ on developer custom code. Mesa provides much better value for money. With Mesa you pay a very reasonable fee to save hours of precious time doing tedious tasks.

Great app and even better support! It saved us a lot of time and enabled us to connect the pieces that would otherwise require hiring a developer and integrating through API.

Our entire workflow is dependent on Mesa pushing order details to Airtable. Whenever I've had an issue, Jordin on their support team has saved the day. If the app is 5 stars, I'll give their support team 6 stars.

MESA is super helpful in automatically updating the order statuses. Saves a lot of time so you focus on different tasks of your business.

Set up workflows to offer loyalty gifting to subscription customers via recharge. Was having trouble setting it up, and their expert support got on a zoom with me to troubleshoot live, and ended up redoing the work I’d done incorrectly. Would give 10 stars if possible.

I used this app to better automate my meal prep business as we grow. I am also not the most tech savvy person, lol. I reached out to the support to help walk me through the steps and Jordin was amazing! They helped me create 2 workflows that has already saved me hours in admin work. Incredibly useful app! It has replaced zapier and adds many more features that are suited for shopify. We're currently using it to send orders placed on one store, and send it to our main shopify store. Great app and terrific service!

Support has been a great help in building workflows that do exactly what we needed. We will definitely keep on using this app in the future.

Mesa is essentially the Zapier of Shopify. We use it to connect with the Infinite Options app to take form entry data into a Google Sheet. We're hoping it integrates with ConvertKit soon to tag customers into email sequences. The only thing I would hope for (that I know they are working on) is that it's a bit tricky to get every custom form data into individual cells onto a Google sheet. That being said, the customer service team is awesome and helped us set that up, free of charge. Great folks, great product!
