Awesome experience, and awesome development team. We at www.bromane.com needed a feature to automatically tag orders with dynamic UTM values and they built it! Now searching through orders by UTM values is SO much easier. Highly recommend Mesa if you need automated workflows.

Mesa is essentially the Zapier of Shopify. We use it to connect with the Infinite Options app to take form entry data into a Google Sheet. We're hoping it integrates with ConvertKit soon to tag customers into email sequences. The only thing I would hope for (that I know they are working on) is that it's a bit tricky to get every custom form data into individual cells onto a Google sheet. That being said, the customer service team is awesome and helped us set that up, free of charge. Great folks, great product!

Mesa is an incredible tool for automating various workflows and streamlining your business. I had a complex use case that needed a high level of customization and Mandy + the engineering team did an exceptional job assisting to find a working solution. And this isn't the first time they've come to the rescue. This is an exceptional app with a stellar customer support team. Mesa is the 3rd automation app we have tried for our store, and we'll be sticking with it: the team is responsive, the functionality is pretty comprehensive, and it is making a huge difference for our business. With this app, we have some workflow and automation functionality we would need to go to a Shopify Plus $2000/month subscription to have otherwise.

We purchased this app to bridge the gap between our small Shopify store and our large (traditionally B2B) Salesforce instance with the goal of making the store revenue visible in Salesforce for leadership without having the manually retrieve a report for them. We had a PHENOMENAL experience with the assistance of Matt, who tirelessly helped us adjust several of the Mesa templates to meet our needs. The only suggestion I would have would be to make the Shopify to Salesforce templates a little more "out-of-the-box". As an example, when adding Product and Pricebook entries, you would typically need to create at least two price book entries (Standard Price, then whichever additional entries were needed). We ended up just needing to add an additional price book entry creation step to achieve this. Highly recommend!

I used this app to set up an automation to work in close coordination with our fraud detection application. Mesa customer support was amazing. I needed this app to be able to import custom fields to a google sheet once a purchase was made on my store, it works so so well and the customer support is second to none! I am confident you wont find a better app, I had been searching through the search results on the app store for days and found this because I use another ShopPad app 'Infinite options' You will get great customer support and a great app with ShopPad Apps. Every time i have contacted them , my issue has been resolved fast.

Just installed this app a few days but I have been shocked by the level of help and support from their team. They were really responsive in customizing for exactly what I was trying to do, and troubleshooting over email after the automation was built. Impressed!
