MESA: Workflow Automation

This app is a must for anyone wanting to automate using outside programs. It's like magic. Also, the customer service has been top notch. I've always had a dev available when needed and gotten a resolution fast! Thanks ShopPad!

I have this app linked up with Tracktorpad to provide a first class tracking solution for my customers. MESA is a powerful app that can do A LOT OF THINGS. What sets the app apart is the level of service we received from their team. Instead of just firing support docs, Matt takes the time to understand what I am trying to do and then show me the right way to do it in the app. Highly recommend it if you're trying to automate systems/processes in your store.

This app solves our exact need- proactively notifying customers about shipping delays & performing shipping charge refunds when necessary. I have to admit, Mesa exceeded our expectations. In the masses of really useless apps with horrible support in the Shopify App-Store, this one here along with it's Team really stands out. The triggers are not that easy to setup for a beginner, but the Team is very quick to react and does the job for you, as long as you describe properly what you need. This is 5-Stars in all aspects!
