I waited for assistance for 8 hours. In the end, I had to make a scene, and even then they still couldn’t do anything. I only wanted to restrict access to certain countries - which is exactly what this application is supposed to be for - but I never managed to do it, even with their half-asleep “support.”

Early days, but installation quick and easy. Good supporting help articles and friendly and responsive support. Simple and well explained user interface. It seems to be doing what it says on the tin.
