I'm really impressed with MIDA Fraud IP Blocker! The app is easy to set up and does exactly what it promises - blocking unwanted bot traffic and suspicious visitors. But what truly stands out is the exceptional support from Annette and the MIDA team! She was incredibly patient, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was configured correctly. The response time was lightning-fast, and she even offered the app for free as a gesture of goodwill. It's rare to find such dedicated and friendly support, especially from a small team. Had lots of issues with BOTS on my site - LUCY was so helpful at helping me learn the basics - what to check/not check - and to understand what each things was ... really hoping this helps decrease this nasty activity!

the app is great! i love how i can individually see each customer's ip address and can manually set rules to block ip addresses
