One of the best Apps I've worked with. The UI design is simple, efficient and full of features and data that we need in this Ai Era. Now I'm able to see all the information I needed, that Shopify by itself could not give me, and I'm able to prevent unwanted traffic and problematic orders. The support team is also 5 stars.

Fast responding

I dowloaded the app to help protect my store and had questions about how to get started. I used the chat feature, asked a lot of questions and got answers and how-to and suggestions for all of questions. Most of the setup is straight forward, but I appreciate that customer support was responsive and provided guidance for anything I asked and needed help with. So far this app performs great, as advertised.

Fantastic app and an even better support experience! MIDA has been really easy to set up and already gives us much more control over protecting our Shopify store from unwanted bots and traffic. A special thank you to Lilian on the live chat, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She didn't just answer my questions, she took the time to explain the different settings, educated me on how the bot protection and verified good bots work, and helped me make sure I wasn't accidentally affecting genuine customers, Facebook, Google or our SEO. Really impressed with both the app and the level of customer service. It's refreshing to deal with a team that genuinely wants to help you understand their product rather than simply get you set up and move on. Highly recommend MIDA!

Definitely a must-have if you have issues with unwanted traffic on your website. It’s well-built and easy to use, but most importantly, it’s very helpful and works great. I highly recommend it to everyone. The customer service is also amazing, very knowledgeable, and always ready to help.

exceptional service Sophia stepped in and helped me resolve my bot issue. Every single time i had a question i was greeted immediately . I did not have to ever wait to be emailed back they are literally ALWAYS available. I also have another bot blocker app that i literally always have to email when i have an issue. Definately considereing getting rid of them and just sticking with Mida. AWESOME customer service. AMAZING app

Great Find- Needed to block bots from scraping my site. So glad I found this app. Very easy and fast to set up, chat help is fast.

The application provides useful functions for free (at the moment I am writing). I had some troubles to configure the IP blocking and content protection, but the customer support helped me fast during a live chat.

The app has been working just as we had expected. We have seen a decent reduction in unwanted visitor traffic.

This app does exactly what it promises. I had an issue with bots placing orders and scammers testing stolen cards, and this app blocks them all! It wasn easy to set up, and the customer service has been excellent and helpful as well. I strongly recommend this app.
