MIDA Fraud Filter, Bot Blocker

It will take time to evaluate the effect on unwanted bot traffic but the controls offered are simple and very intuitive and the customer support has been very responsive and helpful when required. Exactly the help I was looking for regarding a site protection issue that is somewhat beyond my own technical scope. Excellent experience so far.

Easy to set up and use. I do like it. I feel it will be helpful.

We just started using the app. Great experience so far, easy to understand. Sounds like it's exactly what we need for our store.

Easy to setup, does exactly what I was looking for - blocks unwanted visits from abroad to the US only selling store.

Kudos to the developers of this very clear, useful, and non-profit-driven app. Thank you!

It’s just perfect! I highly recommend Mida for blocking and session replays. It’s a reliable app and works better than Blockify in my experience. Mida can block some unwanted visitors that Blockify couldn’t, and it’s definitely worth using together with Mida Replay.

It's been working great so far. Easy to setup and create rules when needed. The support team is also very responsive and helpful whenever we have questions.

Been using the app for a couple days now and so far so good! Easy to setup and create rules when needed. It's great to see the bots being blocked and where they are originating. The support has been great too, fast and informative information from their team.

Excellent Customer Service! Alicia, was quick to reply to my specific needs and helped as much as possible with what the app is capable of fixing. Very happy so far with this app.

It's been working great so far. I was getting a lot of fake customer accounts, but the app now filters them out automatically. It's made a noticeable difference and has saved us a lot of time.

excellent app that solved my bot blocker instantly. Good settings, multiple scenarios, easy to use. Highly recommended!

amazing support and app

Super useful app. Simple to complex, you can pretty much do a lot with it to prevent high risk issues. Thank you Mida Team.

Fantastic app and customer service!

Very useful app to help prevent bot attacks and very helpful customer service.

MIDA's team was super knowledgeable and helpful with the process of setting up on my Shopify store. I'm excited to see how it works out for our store and already flagged one bot since downloading the app today.

I immediately saw an improvement with bot traffic. Now I can trust my traffic reports from Shopify again!

I've had a great experience with MIDA so far. The app was easy to set up and has helped me better understand the bot traffic coming to my Shopify store. It provides useful insights and practical tools for monitoring and managing suspicious traffic without being complicated to use. What truly stands out is the customer support. The entire MIDA team has been responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful whenever I've had questions. It's clear that the team truly cares about helping merchants succeed. I'm still growing my store and will continue evaluating the app over time, but my experience so far has been very positive. I highly recommend MIDA to any Shopify merchant looking for a reliable bot and fraud protection solution.

I will tell you that this was super easy to set up and began working right away.
