The support from Lilian is amazing and she will go out of her way to help you the best she can. The first day I installed this app it blocked a fake order. I was hit the day before with 100 straight to checkout bots and since having this app for 3 days today I have had none. Thank you so much Lilian for all your support.

I kept getting fraudulent orders that Shopify flagged as "low risk" despite having obvious risk markers. The Bot Protection on this app has, so far, stopped fraud orders from coming in, as well as helps prevent malicious scraping. Customer service has also been courteous and helpful.
Thank you for sharing this! We're really glad MIDA's bot protection is picking up what slips through and keeping those fraudulent orders out. Great to hear our support team took good care of you too. We're always here if you need us! Mida-app.io Team ✨
I find it extremely useful to understand the breakdown of visitors to our website. Many visitors are really bots scanning our products for who knows what purpose. With the MIDA app these, and other suspicious visitors, can be blocked or redirected.
Thank you for sharing that! Knowing exactly what's hitting your store and being able to act on it makes a real difference. Really glad MIDA is giving you that visibility and control. We're here anytime you need us! Mida-app.io Team ✨
