I would give them zero stars if I could. After trying to set it up which took a while, it ended up denying access to even my current clients. All was set up with their team, and we were assured that all is done correctly on our site. However, we just found out that for several days, we made clients frustrated and angry and probably lost some of them for good. Be very very careful !

I have been experiencing high volume of fake abandon checkout in my store. Thanks to Shopify Sidekick by analyzing my problem and introducing this app "MD Fraud Filter Bot Protection." Successfully installed this app with the help of Shopify Sidekick.

I waited for assistance for 8 hours. In the end, I had to make a scene, and even then they still couldn’t do anything. I only wanted to restrict access to certain countries - which is exactly what this application is supposed to be for - but I never managed to do it, even with their half-asleep “support.”

It is very helpful to learn where potentially fraudulent IP addresses are coming from, and to see just how many attempt to access our store. We've set up filters to minimize this traffic, which is simple to do with this app. We're glad to have it working for us.

I'm really impressed with MIDA Fraud IP Blocker! The app is easy to set up and does exactly what it promises - blocking unwanted bot traffic and suspicious visitors.
