MIDA Fraud Filter, Bot Blocker

I randomly started getting hundreds of spam messages through my site contact form. After installing and setting up MIDA, I get maybe 1 or 2 a day and they go to my spam folder so they are no longer clogging up my inbox. Extremely happy with this app!

I was having trouble with bot traffic disturbing my loading speed and was increasing day by day, after installing the MIDA app and setting up using there user friendly dashboard much of my traffic is now clean. Furthermore, the support is very helpful and is available 24 hrs

I've had this app installed for two weeks now, and I'm happy to say that the app is functioning to my satisfaction. I have had another app of sorts installed before, with total disappointment. This app has smart features and performs properly without any disruptions to the store's functions and speed. It stops fraudulent orders in their tracks by recognizing the characteristics of such orders and thereby blocking order creation in the first place. Kudos to MIDA and the support team, who are so willing to step forward on their own and help you with anything that you like.

MIDA is fabulous. With over 90% of our traffic starting to come in from bots, MIDA has helped us filter out invasive attacks that skew our analytics. Super happy with the results so far.

One of the best Apps I've worked with. The UI design is simple, efficient and full of features and data that we need in this Ai Era. Now I'm able to see all the information I needed, that Shopify by itself could not give me, and I'm able to prevent unwanted traffic and problematic orders. The support team is also 5 stars.

Fast responding

I dowloaded the app to help protect my store and had questions about how to get started. I used the chat feature, asked a lot of questions and got answers and how-to and suggestions for all of questions. Most of the setup is straight forward, but I appreciate that customer support was responsive and provided guidance for anything I asked and needed help with. So far this app performs great, as advertised.
