MIDA Fraud Filter, Bot Blocker

Gestisco un marchio artigianale di moda sostenibile e made-to-order, e purtroppo nell'ultimo periodo ero bersagliata da continui attacchi di bot di card testing e spam di carrelli abbandonati che rischiavano di compromettere la stabilità operativa. Cercavo una soluzione chirurgica che mi aiutasse a bloccare i malintenzionati senza penalizzare minimamente i miei clienti reali, in particolare quelli internazionali che navigano da dispositivi mobili o utilizzano browser protetti. MIDA ha superato ogni aspettativa. L'applicazione è incredibilmente intuitiva da configurare ma offre un livello di protezione potentissimo e granulare. Grazie alla possibilità di filtrare proxy, indirizzi IP ad alto rischio e di impostare regole di blocco mirate (senza bloccare le VPN o l'iCloud Private Relay dei nostri clienti su Safari), ho risolto il problema al 100% dal primo giorno di attivazione, azzerando i falsi positivi. Un plauso speciale va anche al team di supporto: competenti, rapidissimi e sempre disponibili a guidarti con gentilezza. Se avete un negozio su Shopify e volete dormire sonni tranquilli proteggendo il vostro checkout dalle frodi automatizzate, MIDA è senza dubbio la scelta migliore sul mercato. Consigliatissima al 100%!

Easy to set up and very useful for My store

The customer service team is EXCELLENT and they truly help you with every detail. I feel much better after downloading this app because I had some suspicious activity on my store that I thought was already protected by Shopify alone. That was not the case. So hopefully this app will continue to be helpful.

My Shopify store was recently targeted by a card testing attack. I downloaded MIDA to stop it and it was a pretty straightforward app to learn - especially with the help of the *human!* team on the other end of the chat. The attack stopped quickly after engaging the app. The team was very attentive, helpful and friendly. It was a great response and I'd recommend this app to anyone. :)

Since installing MIDA, our traffic is clean and mostly human-driven. Setup was quick and simple, the dashboard is very user-friendly, and the customer service team is fast and helpful whenever I've asked a question. Highly recommended for any merchant looking to secure their store!

I was having issues with bots invading our site. I downloaded MIDA Fraud Filter & Bot Blocker and the rest is history. You need some line of defense against malicious bots and MIDA stepped up to the plate....its been hitting homeruns ever since.

Have been using for 2 months. It helps a lot to avoid bot traffic. Dashboard is very detailed. Really happy using this app. Customer support is helping very quickly if you need assistance. Recommend!

La app es fácil de usar y los datos que ofrece son muy útiles para identificar tráfico sospechoso. Los mapas de calor son especialmente útiles para ver qué interesa a los futuros clientes y qué partes de la tienda mejorar para atraer más atención. El equipo de soporte siempre ha sido atento y ha ofrecido una buena atención. Aún hay algún punto técnico por resolver, pero la experiencia general es positiva y la recomiendo para proteger tu tienda.

Poor app, poor support. Was given run around by Lilian who did nothing but cause confusion. App probably did what I needed it to (just simply block front end bot visitors who created customer accounts via Klaviyo subscription and then made an abandoned cart). I have to clean up hundreds of customers, klaviyo accounts and abandoned carts every day. A simple bot blocker would suffice. But Lilian could not even provide me with the simplest set up instructions and kept going down an unnecessary tangent of bots going direct to checkout (which is not the case in my use-case). Anyway, I cannot abide such poor service so I uninstalled and will find an app to do the same where the level of service is at least help wiuth basic set up.

I am a small business that over the last few days have been plagued with suspicious sessions on my Shopify store - MIDA has been great and has blocked the unwanted visitors. Unfortunately they are still being logged by Shopify as sessions in my analytics but MIDA has done the main thing and stopped these visitors being able to trawl my website - their customer service is also amazing, thank you Lillian for your help :)

Definitely a 5 Stars Fraud Protection app! The tutorial guide is helpful and the fraud protection coverage offered by MIDA is comprehensive!
