It is indeed an amazing app ,I have only a day with and I am very impressed so far,the only thing that throw me out a bit was the pricing with extra charges if over limit> I did contact customer service and ask for clarifications,everything has been explain ,Minta Social app has youtube videos ,very helpful FAQ detailed ,my only concern were the charges over and from what I understood will be only if you go over limit with AI videos. I will be back after a period with more feedback,while I am still testing it

I have problem with some of the videos. The AI creates my brand name wrong for the subtitles. Nefer Designs comes as Neffered Designs . I am not sure how to adjust or solve this problem.

It would be better if you could edit where the fonts are placed in the videos that are automatically created. I am not sure we can call them videos vers a slideshow with music. They do a decent job but I am afraid that many of the auto created content makes my product look cheap because some of the templates look like they were made in Microsoft vs trying to create a premium brand template.
DON'T SUBSCRIBE. They will not help with any tech support. They took money and didn't help me. In the end, I lost money with no use of this fake product. DON'T TRUST THESE GUYS FROM BANGLADESH WHO USE WESTERN NAMES. NEVER BUY ANNUAL PLAN WITH THESE CRIMINALS. THEY WILL STOP RESPONDING ONCE YOUR MONEY for an year's plan goes into their pockets. After paying an year's subscription fees to these criminals, I was not helped at all and no response. Now I have moved to www.outfy.com which is cheaper and has far better integration.
This works smoothly but i wish it could create real UGC vide o that mskes sense from the images it takes on website
I Love working with Ashley, she is so helpful, and can always be counted on. In fact the entire team gives Stellar Customer Service.
I installed this app but never got to use it because I was hospitalized. I originally chose it because it stated “pay as you go,” but I was unexpectedly billed for a yearly plan. I immediately contacted customer service, since I never used the app, uninstalled it, and do not intend to use it. Despite this, I was told they could not reverse the yearly charge—even though the charge just appeared today through Shopify and PayPal. Their excuse was that the charge “went through two weeks ago” and I was “one week late” to claim a refund. This makes no sense, as I only received the PayPal and Shopify notifications today. Ashley from support even suggested that since I had now “paid,” I could just use the app for the year. But I had already uninstalled it! What part of I do not want or use your service is so hard to understand? This company feels untrustworthy, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
Ashley was a great help. She helped me found out why my social media accounts would not connect. For all who read this, if your social media accounts will not connect, make sure your third party cookies are not blocked.

Sent a chat to Minta and I instantly received a reply back from Shafta. I was very happy how quick of a response I received. The error seemed to be my own and not Minta. I have to say I really like what they've done with all the products and the video designs, awesome and looks fantastic! UPDATE: Had to get a hold of the team chat due to product and vides not matching. I was able to chat with Alex, and he was patient, helpful and very quick. He also gave me instructions on what I would or could do on my end, and crossing my fingers. Thanks, Alex!!
