We've used the Mirakl app for the last 6 months to allow us access to a specific marketplace. It was really simple to set up and has worked seamlessly to sync products, stock, orders and despatch info. We can't fault it.

Connecteur simple et rapide à configurer. Il me permet de gagner du temps dans la gestion de mes opérations. Toutes mes commandes Decathlon et Amazon arrivent sur mon shopify et sont transmises à mon logisticien qui gère ma marque de nutrition sportive Mulebar. Gros gain de temps aussi pour la synchronisation des numéros de tracking qui remontent chez Decathlon et Amazon.

L’intégration du connecteur Shopify de Mirakl Connect a grandement simplifié la gestion de mon activité marketplace pour ma marque de masques anti-pollution Frogmask. La synchronisation automatique des stocks, des prix et des commandes entre ma boutique Shopify et les différentes marketplaces Mirakl est un vrai atout. Plus besoin de jongler entre plusieurs plateformes : tout est centralisé et actualisé en temps réel, ce qui limite grandement les erreurs de stock ou de tarification. Le connecteur est simple à configurer et à utiliser au quotidien. La gestion des commandes marketplace directement depuis Shopify me fait gagner un temps précieux. Je recommande vivement ce connecteur à tous les marchands souhaitant développer leur présence sur plusieurs marketplaces sans complexifier leur gestion !

Terrible app we are force to use it because of a client i have been contacting them for over a week to speak with someone because there is a technical problem and they wont even answer me i use many other plattform never had happen that there is an issue and nobody to contact as well all of the answers are ready answers they dont even reed whats the issue i ship and manage many accounts never had such an issues as this company if you can dont use them hopefully after they see this messge someone will contact me

When we install the Mirakl Connect app in the shopify app store, it shows Stock locations not synchronized. And always redirect to this page when we click the confirm button. Could you please kindly help us to check this problem?

I recently started using the Mirkal app for my DTC business, and it has been a fantastic addition to our sales channels. Per se eine gute App. Leider funktioniert die Kommunikation in Verbindung mit der DHL App nicht so gut. Sendungsnummern aus DHL (die in Shopify der Bestellung zugeordnet werden) werden nicht automatisch an Mirakl weitergegeben. Aktuell muss ich jede Sendungsnummer einzeln (händisch) aus Shopify in Mirakl übertragen...

We stopped using this app because it feels incomplete. I hope they add more functionality soon. We had to custom build two connectors in place of this.

I have been using Mirakl for years and it has been a great addition to our business. The customer support is useless for any technical issue with the marketplaces, but except that all good. 4 out 5 just because of their customer support not assisting with anything when we had issues with a marketplace selling our prices at a different prices that indicated.

We have a Connect account in the USA and Canada. The integration with our marketplaces via Shopify has been very stable and easy to manage. Orders reach our ERP system automatically. Payment processing has been painless. We have successfully on boarded with some major retailers in Canada and USA and watched our business grow. Support from our Mirakl account manager has been excellent. This a great tool to grow your ecomm business and have quick and effective communications with potential retail market places. It would take forever to find the proper contact in these large retailers and they take their marketplace business very seriously.

Amazing, this app literally saved our business and made it grow. We were able to link our inventory and orders feed so easily with 3 marketplaces. They have great customer support, and the we were able to connect with other marketplaces using the connector. We love it
