I understand the criticism below but for basic use of the order and stock synchronization, it's more than enough compared to the competition that costs a lot of money. So we're overall very happy with the Mirakl connection, even though we're waiting for more functionality in the upcoming year.

An incompetent app, though it gets the job done to a great extent. Also, it's not like you have another option unless you sit it down and code the API for each marketplace on Mirakl. Can you imagine that they do not provide Location selection for inventory management? Total inventory is included in all Mirakl marketplaces automatically. We have been warning them for 3 years without success. It does not look like they care much about their Shopify connector.

Does not sync order cancellations or refunds, so you have to have your sellers do this manually in Mirakl. A real headache.

Bestellungen werden ohne Steuer falsch übermittelt, Sendungsnummer wird nicht richtig oder garnicht an Mirakl übertragen.

poor integration, it fails on updates, it fails on delivery and customer service. poor integration with delivery companies. the sync between pricing and product inventory is not seamless and causes issues. If there is another platform, that would work better then that is where we will go.

Very difficult to use. Not intuitive. You have to make changes to every product to get the product catalog to import into a single account which means you might as well just do it on there website.

Extrêmement simple de connecter le catalogue Shopify à Mirakl. Cela permet de charger une large offre en peu de temps chez les clients en marketplaces. Les commandes réalisées sur Mirakl remontent automatiquement sur Shopify et je n'ai jamais constaté de bugs jusqu'à présent !

Excellent!!! Mirakl permet la création immédiate d'une Marketplace autant pour les vendeurs, les acheteurs que pour le e-commerçant propriétaire de la plateforme. Un outil formidable pour les entreprises de toutes tailles: l'intégration des produits est facile, rapide et gratuite. Les commandes sont synchronisées. Tout est parfait.

We are currently using this application for our connection with some of the biggest (online) retailers in our niche. Everything runs smooth, with no issues in terms of the connection between Shopify and Mirakl. The synchronisation of our catalog and the offers we receive is perfect! You can always use the application to search for new business opportunities as well. PS: Great support if you have any questions. One of the most important things for us!!
