Charlene with customer service was amazing! I was having trouble creating my first campaign and she did everything for me through the back end. Her personality was so fun and it felt like I was talking to a friend and not a robot. Highly recommend this app.

Awesome app. Have yet to experience the lift in CRO yet as I just installed but Charlene from suport really helped me get this app set up and I thought that was swell!

Had the most amazing experience with MonsterApps! Recommended from my e-commerce business group. Started off with a super helpful query from Shada late at night then followed up with super helpful Charlene the next day. YouTube tutorials are easy to follow to get started and Charlene was incredible helping me navigate any questions I had. Incredible support and I was able to keep the chat open whilst I set up the app, able to check in whenever I needed without having to close the chat. Obviously a business who has their stuff together and I look forward to recommending them to others.
