Besides the app's great functionality, customer service has been above and beyond. We have dealt with a ton of third-party app developers and never had such amazing customer service. All around a top notch product.

I've used the app for about a week now and it definitely works! Our AOVs have been higher as customers add more to their carts to get multiple free gifts with purchase. Very happy we switched to this app for our upsells! ------ So far so good! Just installed the app after researching all the other cart upsell options in the app store, as well as trying a few of the other options in the past. I'm amazed at how quick it was to set up. I have a theme with a mini-cart that isn't in the Shopify theme store and was worried about how the app would work with my theme. Charlene answered me in the chat box right away and made the updates and fixes in less than 5 minutes. I'm looking forward to seeing how this app works to improve our sales and aov!

Just got the app, but because the customer service is so good I have to leave a review. Seriously. I set a campaign up easily with no tutorial, so its easy to use. I had a small issue, maybe because of my theme, but either way I contacted them. Within literaly a few hours, they went in and fixed the issue for me. This type of customer service is hard to come by these days. Shout out to Shada and Reneen and of course the team! Thanks!

Customer service is really good. CS was able to provide a solution very quickly. The app is very good too. not so hard to be familiar with. All in all its 10/10 for me. Good job!

I just got an extraordinary exchange with the Monster to upsell the team today! They showed the utmost level of patience and care, investigated my issue over a long period of time, and made sure I got 100% satisfied with the conversation. Had some issues due to my theme and the customer service was quick to reply (i mean like seconds) and where able to guide me to fix it. Great team here. Sofar from what I can see the App is perfect :)

This app is a great addition to my small Shopify store - I don't have many SKUs so this really increases my AOV. I had a handful of issues when installing, reached out to customer support & received literally IMMEDIATE assistance and the issues were fixed in no time at all. Keen to keep tracking the ROI for this app, seems to be very reasonably priced for the hard work it does.

Customer service has been next level. Instant chat response trouble shooting a glitch. Screen record support, friendly, and when we couldn't fix it my problem was sent straight to the dev team for analysis. Thanks Monster team!

Excellent customer service. They are so helpful and they quickly help you customize the app to your needs. 100% recommend. Shout out to Charlene for helping. She was so friendly and did a great job. I requested a feature to be developed and checked in a few weeks later and the beta version was available for us to use! They really do take your feedback into account.

This is a really great app with plenty of features to try for your store's cart. I really enjoy the cart preview as you customize each feature to match your brand. Their support team is amazingly responsive, there was a few issues with my old cart showing up but once I contacted them, they got right in and fixed it. My conversion rate has gone up amazingly thanks to the app as well!
