Customer service is really good. CS was able to provide a solution very quickly. The app is very good too. not so hard to be familiar with. All in all its 10/10 for me. Good job!

This app is a great addition to my small Shopify store - I don't have many SKUs so this really increases my AOV. I had a handful of issues when installing, reached out to customer support & received literally IMMEDIATE assistance and the issues were fixed in no time at all. Keen to keep tracking the ROI for this app, seems to be very reasonably priced for the hard work it does.

Customer service has been next level. Instant chat response trouble shooting a glitch. Screen record support, friendly, and when we couldn't fix it my problem was sent straight to the dev team for analysis. Thanks Monster team!

Excellent customer service. They are so helpful and they quickly help you customize the app to your needs. 100% recommend. Shout out to Charlene for helping. She was so friendly and did a great job. I requested a feature to be developed and checked in a few weeks later and the beta version was available for us to use! They really do take your feedback into account.

This is a really great app with plenty of features to try for your store's cart. I really enjoy the cart preview as you customize each feature to match your brand. Definitely saw improvements with conversion rates right away! And really easy to set up upsell and gifting campaigns that are have a way better UX for conversion than standard shopify BOGO discounts.
