Customer service has been next level. Instant chat response trouble shooting a glitch. Screen record support, friendly, and when we couldn't fix it my problem was sent straight to the dev team for analysis. Thanks Monster team!

Excellent customer service. They are so helpful and they quickly help you customize the app to your needs. 100% recommend. Shout out to Charlene for helping. She was so friendly and did a great job. I requested a feature to be developed and checked in a few weeks later and the beta version was available for us to use! They really do take your feedback into account.

This is a really great app with plenty of features to try for your store's cart. I really enjoy the cart preview as you customize each feature to match your brand. so far so good, i think i finally find the app i needed, and it's fun to work with them , i m sure they will work on any glitches if any update still perfect customer service and very helpful

so far so good, we'll see how it goes from here. I'm shooting this review before I did any work on the configuration, but at least the cart drawer is already showing on the store :)

Great app for everyone that is looking to add a smooth and convenient way of enabling special offers to their customers. Their UX is fantastic and customer support is some of the best I've encountered across Shopify. I would definitely recommend!!

Definitely saw improvements with conversion rates right away! And really easy to set up upsell and gifting campaigns that are have a way better UX for conversion than standard shopify BOGO discounts.

This is the upsell cart app I have been looking for! 5 Stars! I tried other upsell apps but none let me run multiple promotions in cart with Free Shipping & Gift With Purchase like Monster Upsell. So great being able to incentivise customers to keep spending more for additional rewards. Fully customisable and the customer service team went above and beyond to help get me set up. Highly recommend if you are looking to increase AOV and conversion with promotions.
