This app has HANDS DOWN the best customer support I have ever experienced in my entire life. The freaking owner of the company got on the live chat with me at 11:30PM to help me edit my HTML. And we bro'd down. I have a cheeky little feeling this app will help me generate an extra 20-30% AOV MINIMUM. I've been doing Ecom for 10 years - take my advice on this: any company that will help you like this one does is a 100% WINNER. Download now !!

TL;DR: Great customer service. Upsell Rate in Cart is between 15%-17%. This app is an absolute game changer. Not only in terms of design and functionality - much more so from the customer support side. No matter what problem I had, I was always helped in maximum 2 days. Even if I had a problem on a Sunday (!), I was contacted within an hour. The app works flawlessly, and was minimally customized according to my wishes. My upsell rate (in cart) is about 15% which is almost twice as high as comparable apps. I can recommend this app without reservation and thank Raneen and Charlene warmly at this point for their constant support.

Great app for upselling! works wonders! We have been looking for an app that can upsell in a cart that also looks beautiful. There are lots of options out there but this app has a free plan, super user friendly and has a great design.
Thanks for the review :) .. just giving you a heads up. The FREE option is for partner stores only. The base pricing is $12.99. Great thing is you normally recover this with a couple of upsells. We also have a free trial for 10 days. :)

This app has so many error. people only try to support you when you begin but when error comes they disappear. * the founder helps so I changed.

MY GUY TY! This man is the savior. I needed a new cart for my store as the grouping/discount options they have are the best for any store trying to sell multiples of their stock. Ty went into my store, figured out where I had issues and gave me all the right recommendations on how to improve my conversions and cart appeal in general. This is by far the best and fastest help I have received from any conversion related company.

Awesome customer service! + I LOVE this app! It's easy to customize, easy to setup & activate, and the add free gift to cart function works like a charm! I've been searching through tons of apps on the Shopify app store for that function and finally found something that works, is fully customizable and looks great! Love it!
