Impeccable service, they are always available to attend to all my needs and solve my doubts. I love the app and how easy it is to use, but most of all, the customer service they have.

Honestly, no upsell app came close to Monster Upsells app in terms of providing every little detail we needed AND also being able to have their team work to provide solutions to little developments we needed for everything to roll out smoothly. This app is totally amazing! It's very rare that the owner of an app will spend so much time helping and ensuring your success.The developers and customer service team are super helpful! they have always replied quickly and made the tweaks when possible and super friendly to talk to. 10/10

The app works great with our store and integrates almost seamlessly. I had some questions I couldn't fix myself and reached out to support only to get help immediately and my issue was resolved within minutes by the dev team which saved us a lot of time and money! Highly recommend it.

Unfortunately this app broke my website for all Safari users, which is the majority of my clients. I've been paying a lot of money in marketing while my clients are not able to do checkouts
We have 1000's of stores using Monster seamlessly on all browsers and 100's of themes. I see you never reached out to the support team for help 😢. Sorry to hear this is your experience with your store. We are always here to work with integrations. If you reinstall... please reach out to team the team.

I've started using these app because I wanted to give my customers the option to receive gifts if they reach a certain amount. It is so easy to install and the app looks so good! The service is quick and very helpfull

So stupid, the worst app. thief app. "This campaign will show up on the products you choose below. you can show it on all products or specific" The campaign will be triggered by sitewide products, not a specified collection or product. The discount will be applied to all products, not specified collections or products.
As per chat desk discussion: You were using the app incorrectly. 😅 We have 1800+ stores making great upsell $$$ without a problem. The campaign chosen was a sitewide offer with trigger products.... (not built the way you wished to use it with collections) - I'm sorry if the purpose of the campaign was misunderstood. Thanks for the feedback - we will always take it on and want to make things clearer for merchants. To clarify: This is not a bug. It's the way the specific campaign was built.

Have a bunch of our business using Monster. Awesome app for upsells campaigns. So many options and integrates almost seamlessly to Shopify. Best support in the game.
