Highly recommend this app for higher conversion rates. Customer service is great and I usually have a response for any queries within minutes. It's very simple to set up and customise to your brand. They are constantly adding new features to improve the service.

2022 Update: I just came back here quickly to say that the support team is still off charts incredible, the app gets better with every update, and I'm still Monster's #1 fan. That is all. Okay - FIRST OF ALL. The customer service provided by Ty is absolutely wild ya'll. I received a response in .000007 seconds (on Valentine's Day!) with an immediate answer to my question. The app has resulted in so many upsells for my business (The Eden Planner) that I've completely sold out of one of my product lines. And the team are constantly working to take on all feedback, improve the app, and add features - all of which they keep you updated on via the MOST informative and LEAST annoying e-newsletter of. all. time. If I could program all customer service bots to be exactly like any human, it would be Ty from Monster Upsells. I felt like he was doing a shaka the whole time we were speaking, and I was 100% there for it. Great app, love your work, 10 stars out of 5.

These guys are absolutely killing it. Clean product, super fast to install, and far exceeds what I thought it was capable of. I've tried a heap of other 'cart drawer' apps and this one is hands down the best on the market. 10/10 Customer service also. Hustlers.

The Monster app is something we have been looking for for some time. The only solution we previously saw was to have a developer create custom code which wasn't feasible for our budget. Monster does exactly what we had hoped (Free shipping threshold and upsell recommendations to get there). Must have addition for any store looking to increase AOV
