2022 Update: I just came back here quickly to say that the support team is still off charts incredible, the app gets better with every update, and I'm still Monster's #1 fan. That is all. Okay - FIRST OF ALL. The customer service provided by Ty is absolutely wild ya'll. I received a response in .000007 seconds (on Valentine's Day!) with an immediate answer to my question. The app has resulted in so many upsells for my business (The Eden Planner) that I've completely sold out of one of my product lines. And the team are constantly working to take on all feedback, improve the app, and add features - all of which they keep you updated on via the MOST informative and LEAST annoying e-newsletter of. all. time. If I could program all customer service bots to be exactly like any human, it would be Ty from Monster Upsells. I felt like he was doing a shaka the whole time we were speaking, and I was 100% there for it. Great app, love your work, 10 stars out of 5.

It's a really great app that is super easy to setup and use. The customer service is fabulous! Very impressed with the super fast responses. I've already seen some results and I'm sure there will be more to come :)

Good App, But lots of bugs in the Free gifts beta, multiple gifts are getting added. They will have to fix it soon.

Highly recommend this app to increase your revenue through upsell. I have a few features installed that work great, particularly add $X to get free shipping.

Incredible! Great way to increase the cart size. I needed some help installing and they did it right away. I even asked for extra work on my theme and they fixed it no questions asked. Highly recommend.

Super breezy to use and the returns are great. Easy to match it to the website too. Had a quick q and Ty HIMSELF answered me straight away in the support chat. Can't recommend enough.

These guys are absolutely killing it. Clean product, super fast to install, and far exceeds what I thought it was capable of. I've tried a heap of other 'cart drawer' apps and this one is hands down the best on the market. 10/10 Customer service also. Hustlers.

I just signed up to the app as I was not having success with other ones and in 4 hours I have already converted a sale! That's huge! The communication and help is great, so efficient, clear and fast. I will definitely continue with the app!

This app is awesome. The cart looks great, super easy to set upโand even when I have run into any issues or challenges, their support is easily the best Iโve experienced with any Shopify app Iโve used.

The Monster app is something we have been looking for for some time. The only solution we previously saw was to have a developer create custom code which wasn't feasible for our budget. Monster does exactly what we had hoped (Free shipping threshold and upsell recommendations to get there). Must have addition for any store looking to increase AOV
