We've been researching cart add-ons and upselling features for quite some time. We've looked at loads of different companies, apps, etc. and hadn't pulled the trigger on any in our multi-month research. However, when we came across MonsterUpsell we were really excited about it. The usability, functionality, and customization is fantastic. The pricing (and it's scaling feature) is good, customer service is quick to respond, integration is simple, and the UI is easy to learn. It was important for us to not disrupt our daily operations during integration, to have a seamless transition for our cart upgrade, and for customers to feel like this was an improvement on their experience... Monster is all of those things. We've only been using a short time, but our very first order the day after implementation was directly connected to one of our cart upsell features. We can't prove if the customer was incentivized by the cart add-on or just wanted those products, but the fact that it was the first one out the gate is promising. Quick, efficient, fun and engaging, the UI/UX of Monster is great and we look forward to working with them for the foreseeable future.

So far this has been an amazing app!! I spent soooo long looking for an IN CART upsell app and tried at least 5 of them and all just looked tacky or didn't function well. One day I was scrolling on Tik Tok and found this one, and it does everything I want! It is extremely customizable down to every color and button and piece of text, and the support is amazing. They always respond super fast, and even Tyler the founder was super helpful in chat making sure all my questions were answered and the app was functioning properly on my site. Highly recommend, great monthly prices too, and is an excellent all in one upsell app. Even allows for volume discounts in the cart which leads to higher AOV. Thank you!!

So far the app has been quite helpful for our store, constantly is being upgraded with new features, and slowly becoming an app that helps me to replace other apps all together. Customer service for most apps is typically brutal in my experience, excellent customer support team here in helping for any issues in a timely manner. Would recommend.

Update: This app paid for itself in two days and I had only set up a tick box at that stage. I gave up trying to wrap my head around these upsell apps. I downloaded this app and already have it up and running within 30 mins. Compared to the other upsell apps, this is so easy to use! Also had a quick question, amazing, quick service, very helpful.
