I've always had such an amazing experience with Monster Upsell. The customer service team are swift with their replies and so helpful. Charlene is fabulous. A super easy app to integrate into your store. Highly recommend

Angelica was very helpful in troubleshooting and fixing up the issue when we had trouble setting up the free gift offer. Response time is very quick and she was able to get it sorted in no time.

So far we're loving it! We had a minor issue with a gift with purchase promotion we were running but the issue was swiftly resolved by the customer service team and our campaign was up and running asap.

I’ve been using Monster Cart App for a couple of months now, and I have no hesitation in recommending them. The functionality is excellent, and the app is easy to set up and customise. At first, I was hesitant to try it because I wasn’t sure about the cart design, but that concern was totally unjustified, as you can customise it to look exactly how you want. What also stands out is the amazing support team. They’re friendly, responsive, and always willing to help, which makes a huge difference.

I love this app! So user-friendly and staff are always available to help which is a HUGE bonus for me as I'm not very tech-savy so I'm always needing help! :) The staff are wonderful and the app itself has help generate extra income for my business! We're planning a big sale soon and I can't wait to play around with all their features to scale my average order value even more! If you're looking for an app to help you increase your AOV then this is it!
