I received a clear and easy-to-follow video that explained where I went wrong with the setup and the extra features I was missing. Sometimes, we are so busy uploading these apps, and the good ones with great customer service stand out from the rest! I'm looking forward to seeing the AOV rise thanks to such a great app! Brilliant.

awesome app so far. had many conversions just by using the free gift feature. the layout, the colours, the optional extras like confetti when the customer meets the cart goal etc etc - love the app. i had a little issue today and got in contact with support and charlene answered almost immediatley and was super super polite and friendly. personally one of the best upsell apps on the shopify app store easily.

The app itself is solid and works well once it’s set up. Functionally, it does what it’s meant to do and can be a strong part of a checkout flow. We initially ran into trouble when preparing updates heading into 2026. An issue locked us out of making changes, and early support responses suggested the problem was on our side, even after testing across multiple devices. That was frustrating at the time. That said, after we posted our original review, the owner personally reached out and the experience completely turned around. They acknowledged the issue, made system upgrades, and walked us through the migration step by step. The level of personal attention, accountability, and follow-through was genuinely appreciated. As a business owner myself, I know things happen. What matters is how they’re handled. In this case, the issue was owned, resolved properly, and communicated clearly. Because of that, we’re updating this to a 5-star review. The app is solid, and when support shows up the way it ultimately did, it makes a real difference. Hopefully this becomes the standard experience moving forward.
