Donna from Moose’s support team has been absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to help me customise the chat feature for my brand, patiently working through every request I had (and there were a lot!). Her attention to detail, clear communication, and willingness to ensure everything was perfect made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate her dedication and couldn’t have asked for a better support experience.

Moose has great customer service! Helped me so graciously as I was setting this up. I haven't launched yet, but this widget looks great. connects directly to my whatsapp number and helps build my faq page
