I can't believe that this is all offered free at the moment! The support is amazing. I sent a help request and it was out of hours but I got a reply from Thomas in about 2 minutes. Amazing service. The app itself is also very good, perfect for what I need.

This app is very simple to use and surprisingly nice functions. Moreover, Helpdesk (Ms. Donna and her team) helped us a lot to answer our basic questions and requests to adjust the look on our web page. It was one of the best experiences in contacting support team on the Shopify app. Highly recommend to install this wonderful app and talking with their very nice, kind and skillful support team.

I recently started using the Moose: Live chat and FAQ WhatsApp for my website, and it works perfectly, as I thought. The app interface is very friendly and easy to set up, and the support from the team is invaluable. I would recommend this app to everyone who wants to boost their business online.
