Just installed MooseDesk and have problem got it started. I have contacted the support Donna who was a great help! She is very polite and professional and guide me though the whole process by simplying the way make it easier! Thanks a lot to Donna's hlep!

Great help desk. It's very good for customer service and has a lot of options. I took a long time to find the app that could meet my needs, and finally, I got it. I hope they choose the applicable price when the paid version starts. Finally, the support time is very helpful. Honestly, itsa smart choice for customer services

We have been using the Live Chat and Whatsapp redirection facilities for a while and are very happy for having chosen this app for our new store. At the beggining we have faced some minor issues and bugs (as in all new apps and installations) but their support team is so great that they quickly answered and solved them even during bank holidays. We also asked for some custimization and they have also answered our requests quickly. We strongly recommend this app. Cenk

I'm mainly using MooseDesk to manage my FAQ section. The app is generally easy to use and convenient. I’m currently on a free beta version, so I understand that not everything is fully polished yet. I did run into a bug when adding a new question — it broke the formatting (fonts, bold text, etc.). Support eventually fixed it, but the time zone delay made the whole process a bit frustrating. Since then, I've been hesitant to make further edits. That said, the tool shows promise, and I’ll likely use it for more features in the future. I’d recommend it to store owners looking for a simple FAQ solution, keeping in mind that a few improvements are still needed.
