I loved this app: LiveChat, WhatsApp, Ticket Raising, and Order Tracking. And the best part: It's FREE. Yes, you heard it right. It's the best one, which we are exploring now. Their support is also very quick and get things done very fast. We had a customized live chat option for particular hours and they did it overnight. Highly Recommended.

Great app with great functions. It gives our webshop just the extra we were looking for. Their service is great. I asked them to customize some things and they were very happy to help. We are very happy with the result.

Absolutely Amazing, I can say one of the best app for help desk and ticketing system. I searched many app didn't get any comparison to this app in No charge.
