I love MooseDesk. This application is very rich in terms of functionality, efficiency and ease of use. As for support, I have only one thing to say: top-notch. And don't be late to the party: if you install it now as an early bird, you'll get initial features free forever. Thank you MooseDesk. Highly recommended.

Absolutely Amazing, I can say one of the best app for help desk and ticketing system. I searched many app didn't get any comparison to this app in No charge. Also this app is giving customization feature in Free of cost and Mentioning one of the Moose Help desk team member @Anne. she is simply Awesome in support. Wish you all the best.

Amazing support from the team and lots of help with customisation of FAQs and the Chat widget. Unfortunately chat doesn't function as we needed it but will definitely keep the FAQs switched on as they look great. Thanks for your patient support Moose team :)

Compared to only two other helpdesk options in the app store, this one has the most responsive support team. The features are key and the team is welcoming and open to new ideas if you need a lil tweek or mod. The price of FREE is Ultra-awesome but Its a matter of time before they start charging for this. Yet with the support you get and how close they make it match to your requirements, it will be worth it.
