I was really eager to install an Live Chat and came across this app. Sam was amazing! She helped me in so many ways. As a Shopify store owner, I haven't seen any other app that focuses on future development like this one. They're offering a fantastic free service while aiming for growth. We really needed to improve the way we were communicating with customers and knew a help desk system was the way forward. We wanted our customers to have many ways to contact us, but for us to deal with their enquiries from the same app. Moose Desk really does that. I've been in touch with their own customer services twice in the last 24 hours to have a few things tweaked and the response was quick and positive. Really rate this app!

The app is great, cost-effective and fully customizable to your liking to match your brand. Also, I love their customer care service, they literally reply to you within minutes and solve any issues that you face at an instant. It is a great app.
