Outstanding service and outstanding App and just keep getting better. It is so clean and clutter free, better than the expensive Support Ticket Apps I have used in the past. I am using this on 3 of my websites. Well done guys.

The functionality is very rich and powerful! The technical support is also very quick, almost meeting all my needs. It would be perfect if the templates could be more diverse and allow uploading of custom fonts.

I had an excellent experience using this tool. The support provided by the team was outstanding and greatly appreciated. I have only just started using the Helpdesk so we've still a few things to setup, but so far it's been a perfect experience. The customer service is exceptional, really attentive and quick. You can tell that the app still needs some tweaking so we can customise certain things, but as an out of the box help centre, it's brilliant.

Excellent app, Mina was the best and helped us fix some minor issues, but still, their reactivity, efficiency & empathy were much appreciated!! <3 If you need Helpdesk articles & live chat, you need MooseDesk , and I recommend it especially for their topnotch support that is always there to advise & help you even for customization! Love it so far & we will definetly keep it on our shop!
