So far installed the app. Mina popped up and gave excellent customer service. I will evaluate further and super grateful for the Earlybird access. I am looking forward to this integration

Excellent app, Mina was the best and helped us fix some minor issues, but still, their reactivity, efficiency & empathy were much appreciated!! <3 If you need Helpdesk articles & live chat, you need MooseDesk , and I recommend it especially for their topnotch support that is always there to advise & help you even for customization! Love it so far & we will definetly keep it on our shop!

We started looking for a sort of all in one inbound chat and customer support ticketing system - and BAM! There was Moosedesk standing by to solve most of what we were looking for. We haven't yet migrated completely to MD. It will be a bit of work and training getting all of our people up to speed with the new (and better) solutions, but it will be worth it.

Fantastic app, features and support!! We were using re:amaze but find it is a little outdated and expensive, Moose is awesome!

The support team has been excellent, even though we're on different continents they have been quick to answer my questions which went beyond their robust FAQ and help videos. Set up has been very intuitive.

I have used several Support Ticket and Helpdesk Apps and even the ones that have high monthly or annual costs always disappoint. Moosedesk has been an amazing experience so far. I love the simplicity and ease of use, and it still has everything you need. I cannot speak highly enough about the high level of customer service. They respond so quickly and are prepared to go above and beyond to tweak the system specifically for your store. And there are many new features that are coming, so I am excited to be part of this journey.

The App is great and the customer service is out of this world. I have never seen such resposiveness and willingness to help. They have done several customisations within a few hours and always ready to tweak things when needed. I am loving using the App and it's exciting to see the new features they keep releasing. Their support team is lightning-fast and incredibly helpful. The app itself is packed with features that some paid apps dont even touch (or offer for free). MooseDesk is my go-to for top-notch support services. If you're running a store, this app is a must-have.

This is an incredible tool and the support and service is outstanding. The App itself is fairly new and they are adding new features and tools all the time. It's only getting better and better. I have to stress again, I have never experienced such quick and personal service. AMAZING!
