This application is very intuitive and easy to use, and Thomas has been an incredible support throughout the process. I've only been using this app for a few days, but I must say: it's very powerful. The ease of setup, flexibility and, most importantly, the customer facing side is incredibly helpful. I have been using another bot for about 3 years and was happy with it, but wanted something native to shopify. I was nervous to switch, but couldn't be happier so far. On top of that, if you need help or have an issue...the chat support is NEXT LEVEL elite. Quick, thorough, open to suggestions and they will help get anything done you need. I’ve been really impressed with MooseDesk so far. The AI chatbot (using GPT-4) works very well with my store and instantly understands all of my product information, which saves me a lot of time on support. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a helpdesk solution with a smart AI assistant and responsive support.
