Good app. Satisfied our needs, and the support team is great! If there are any issues, or customization requirements, the support team can handle it, no issues.

I LOVE THIS APP!!! The FAQ builder is easy to use and looks 100X better than what I was using before. I was able to import my FAQ's with minor adjustments so switching over was fairly quick and easy. So far I am liking the chatbot- looks nice, easy to set up. and I look forward to digging in more to see how it can best work for my use. I should mention customer service is 10/10 which is a HUGE deal for me.

Wonderful Live Chat plugin that has excellent excellent customer service. I was having difficulty updating the name on our Agents and Thomas was able to connect into my shopify and resolve my issue in a few minutes. Would recommend them to any of my shopify friends!

I'm still new to Moose and currently exploring its features, but overall my experience has been really good so far. The app is easy to get started with, and I can see its potential to improve customer support on my website. I especially appreciate the quick and helpful assistance from their support team — Mabel guided me through the setup and even helped configure things for me, which made the process much smoother. Great support and promising app!

We needed quite a few custom adjustments for the app on our site and the team here (shout out to Mabel) was able to help us out very fast and effective. So far a great app and the benefits feel extremely promising.

Mabel is great, taking care of details and giving fast responses. The app works well for most parts Donna and Mina has also been great and helping a lot on the process !
