I needed some code changes to the Moose FAQ page to better align it with the rest of my Shopify site. Mabel and her team got right on it and made the necessary fixes. Thank you!

I’m really happy with this live chat! It works perfectly and is super easy to use. The support team is amazing — Mabel was incredibly helpful and kind, she solved my issue in no time. Great experience overall!

Good app. Satisfied our needs, and the support team is great! If there are any issues, or customization requirements, the support team can handle it, no issues.

I LOVE THIS APP!!! The FAQ builder is easy to use and looks 100X better than what I was using before. I was able to import my FAQ's with minor adjustments so switching over was fairly quick and easy. So far I am liking the chatbot- looks nice, easy to set up. and I look forward to digging in more to see how it can best work for my use. I should mention customer service is 10/10 which is a HUGE deal for me.

Wonderful Live Chat plugin that has excellent excellent customer service. I was having difficulty updating the name on our Agents and Thomas was able to connect into my shopify and resolve my issue in a few minutes. Would recommend them to any of my shopify friends!
