Fantastic chat widget. Fairly customizable and the support is great. Def recommend. I was able to do with this what I could not do with Shopify Inbox.

Verry nice app! Also its fully free to use, no popus for payement nothing. And the best part is the support, they help you instantly and make changes for you as you go. I was in contact with both Thomas and Mina and they were outstanding, going above and beyond! 5 stars if I had more to give it would be much more.
