I'm still new to Moose and currently exploring its features, but overall my experience has been really good so far. The app is easy to get started with, and I can see its potential to improve customer support on my website. I especially appreciate the quick and helpful assistance from their support team — Mabel guided me through the setup and even helped configure things for me, which made the process much smoother. Great support and promising app!

We needed quite a few custom adjustments for the app on our site and the team here (shout out to Mabel) was able to help us out very fast and effective. So far a great app and the benefits feel extremely promising.

Mabel is great, taking care of details and giving fast responses. The app works well for most parts Donna and Mina has also been great and helping a lot on the process !

My experience with learning the app was great! Mabel was a big help. I was able to easily understand what to do. Her help was excellent, and she was very knowledgeable. This app is a great app, and I plan to use it from now on!

Fantastic chat widget. Fairly customizable and the support is great. Def recommend. I was able to do with this what I could not do with Shopify Inbox.
