Had one small hiccup, support helped fast and pushed a hotfix to prevent future user error that created the bug I had. Support is friendly and fast and the app seems to function great. So far we are really liking Moosedesk.

Incredible app, incredible help from Donna over a weekend of all times, and it's free with Shopify. It is amazing and I now I'm going to be able to chat with website attendees much more quickly.

Donna from Moose’s support team has been absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to help me customise the chat feature for my brand, patiently working through every request I had (and there were a lot!). Her attention to detail, clear communication, and willingness to ensure everything was perfect made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
