I’m genuinely impressed with MooseDesk. The setup was fast, the UI is clean and intuitive, and the automations (instant replies, FAQ, and routing) reduced our support workload right away. I LOVE THIS APP!!! The FAQ builder is easy to use and looks 100X better than what I was using before. I was able to import my FAQ's with minor adjustments so switching over was fairly quick and easy. So far I am liking the chatbot- looks nice, easy to set up. and I look forward to digging in more to see how it can best work for my use. I should mention customer service is 10/10 which is a HUGE deal for me.
