One thing that really stands out about working with Webkul is their support team. Whenever we needed help or had questions, their team responded quickly and provided clear guidance. It’s reassuring to know that reliable assistance is available when managing a live multivendor marketplace. We also recently implemented the new theme for the Shopify Multivendor Marketplace, and it has been a very positive upgrade for our platform. The first thing we noticed was how much more professional the marketplace looks. The layout feels clean, modern, and well organized, which immediately made our site appear more polished and trustworthy. Presentation matters a lot for a marketplace, and this theme definitely improves the overall visual quality of the platform. Our sellers have also benefited from the update. Their storefront pages now look more structured, and product listings are displayed in a clearer and more appealing way. This makes it easier for vendors to showcase their products and manage their presence within the marketplace. From the customer side, browsing products feels smooth and intuitive. The interface is simple to navigate and works well across both desktop and mobile devices, which creates a better shopping experience overall. Another strong point is performance. The theme runs efficiently, pages load quickly, and everything feels responsive. It integrates smoothly with the existing multivendor features we already rely on, so there were no unnecessary complications during the transition. We have been using Webkul’s Shopify Multivendor Marketplace (MVM) for our marketplace, and honestly, the newly launched theme feels like a breath of fresh air for us. When we first switched to this new theme, the difference was immediately noticeable. The marketplace started looking more professional, more premium, and much more organized. The design is clean, modern, and very easy to navigate. As a marketplace owner, it gave us confidence that our platform now looks trustworthy and ready to scale. Our sellers are also very happy with the changes. Their profiles look better, product listings are presented in a much clearer way, and overall the seller experience has improved a lot. From the customer side as well, browsing products feels smooth and enjoyable, whether on desktop or mobile. Performance has been solid. Pages load quickly, everything feels responsive, and the theme works perfectly with the Multivendor Marketplace features we are already using. We didn’t face unnecessary complications or confusion—it just works, which is exactly what you want when running a live marketplace. For us, this theme is not just about looks. It has genuinely improved how our marketplace feels and functions on a daily basis. It reflects the effort and understanding Webkul has for real multivendor businesses. Overall, we are very satisfied with this update. It has added real value to our platform, and using it feels good. We would confidently recommend this theme to anyone who is using or planning to use Webkul’s Shopify Multivendor Marketplace. One more thing we truly appreciate is Webkul’s customer support especially Prera Pawan Kumar. Their support team is very responsive, helpful, and understanding. In my personal experience, this has been one of the worst apps I have ever worked with on Shopify. I installed it with the expectation that it would provide stable integrations and reliable marketplace sync, but from the beginning I encountered constant technical issues, glitches, and inconsistent behavior across multiple features. Over time, these problems created real operational difficulties for my store. Basic actions failed, errors kept returning, and important parts of the app did not function as advertised for me. One of the biggest issues I faced was the marketplace integration (for example with Etsy), which continuously produced errors, failed syncs, and incomplete data transfers. This alone caused massive disruption to my workflow, leading to delays, incorrect listings, and lost time trying to manually fix things that the app was supposed to handle. I repeatedly contacted support to get these issues resolved. Unfortunately, my experience with support was also negative. Instead of constructive guidance or efficient troubleshooting, I often received defensive or unhelpful responses. There were situations where I felt my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. Even when fixes were promised, they were slow to arrive or only partially resolved the problem, which meant the same issues kept coming back. After months of dealing with this, I still did not see a stable solution to problems that should have been fundamental to the app’s core functionality. The cumulative effect of these bugs, failed integrations, and unproductive support interactions was extremely damaging for my store. The app became so unreliable that I eventually had to stop using it entirely. The instability and lack of dependable solutions affected my store’s operations to a point where continuing was no longer viable for me. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this app under any circumstances. The amount of time, frustration, and operational damage it caused far outweighed any potential benefits. If you are considering this solution, I strongly suggest testing it very deeply before committing to it, especially if your business depends on stable marketplace integration. For me, this app ultimately became a major setback rather than a tool for growth.

Upon reviewing the support tickets, we noticed that you wanted the real-time sync for Etsy, which is technically not feasible because Etsy does not support webhooks. Due to this limitation, data synchronization is handled via cron-based process. The cron runs at a 30-minute interval by default. For more frequent or near real-time updates, we had suggested using a dedicated server to support shorter cron intervals; however, this option was not agreed upon. In addition to standard support assistance, we also implemented certain customizations at no additional cost to help address your requirements. It offers great functionality, but the lack of a direct/AI chatfunction for support, a searchfunction for settings, the illogical structure of settings, and low quality layouts are serious issues. I would seriously suggest investing more in the UI.
