Je recommande l'application Webkul pour la gestion d'une marketplace multivendeurs. Elle est facile d'installation et d'utilisation. Elle gère la gestion des commandes, l'inscription des vendeurs et leurs stocks produits, les fonctionnalités sont adaptées à une marketplace. Le 19/8/26 Les guides faits par Webkul sont très clairs, at aident facilement à se repérer lorsque les paramétrages sont un peu complexes pour des non initiés. Félicitations, continuer à être clair et précis. Le 26/8/26 Nous utilisons l’application depuis juillet 26 et elle nous permet d’intégrer rapidement les vendeurs partenaires de la marketplace et gérer leurs produits. La synchronisation avec le site Shopify se fait de manière très fluide. Elle est sans contexte facile d’utilisation et très performante sur l’analyse des ventes. L’assistance Webkul est très réactive et nous permet de bien connaitre l’application. Je recommande très fortement cette application pour développer un site marchand en toute confiance et facilité. 5 étoiles
started using it less than a month, it is quite affordable and the team is very responsive to tickets and even chats. So far, it's been good. Takes a bit of learning and getting used to. I'm at that phase right now

l'Application est vraiment complète c'est un plaisir de l'utiliser. il faut parfois chercher certaines options mais ça se trouve rapidement en plus la doc t'aide beaucoup.
Amazing Customer Service! The whole application overall covers everything needed for my app. Creating such application or process will take alot of time and money, they handled everything from main features to the add on features. I mosly liked the dashboard and the over view it provides for our vendors. I liked as well the way they handle orders and track order fulfillment and process.

This app is critical for our multivendor store and I'd recommend it to others doing the same. It helps track everything from how much we owe each seller to tax rules and discount rules and works well. The UI is separate from Shopify Admin so it takes some getting used to but so far I've figured most things out. If you ever have any issues and/or need help, support has always been pretty easy to reach and helpful. One thing that could be improved is to include dates on order references both for vendors and admin so it's easier to cross-reference things.
The interface is clean, easy to navigate, and packed with useful features. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly app.

The Webkul team is very friendly and answers every question. I didn't try the marketplace service yet but I had multiple questions which had been answered within hours by the friendly team. I am pretty sure that I will use Webkul for my commission system

THEY ARE A SCAMMER! THERE IS NO ANY INFORMATION KIND OF SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION THEIR FAQ PAGE! WHEN I TRY TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION, IT SAYS "DURING THIS TIME YOU WILL PAY." HOWEVER, WHEN I CLIKCK TO "OK I'M SURE" BUTTON, IT REDIRECTS ME TO PAYMENT PAGE ON SHOPIFY!

To cancel your app subscription, you simply need to uninstall the app from your Shopify store by navigating to: Shopify Admin → Settings → Apps → Webkul Multivendor Marketplace App → Uninstall Once the app is uninstalled, the subscription is canceled as per Shopify's app billing policy. Regarding the billing charges, we would be happy to review them for you. Our team has already sent you an email along with a meeting link. Kindly schedule a meeting at your convenience or reply to our email with your latest Shopify invoice so that we can thoroughly investigate the charges and provide you with an accurate explanation. Please note that the app includes a 15-day free trial. After the trial period ends, Shopify begins the app billing cycle. App charges are generated and managed through Shopify's billing system according to their billing policies. If we find that any charge was applied incorrectly after reviewing your account and invoices, we will be happy to initiate the appropriate refund process. We appreciate the opportunity to investigate this matter and look forward to assisting you further.
