Webkul has been great for me so far. There are a lot of configurations that can be a lot to process - but I have been able to build my site independently so far without any help from the team until this morning. Booked a call at my convenience with a team member (Md Akhtar Khan), determined there is one issue to be looked at from their team and had all my other questions addressed, he was very helpful. Call is overseas, so the sound was a bit difficult to hear at times but overall a positive experience. I will be switching my membership app over to Webkul soon as its FAR less expensive than the one I use now. There are many additional app add-ons available which I like as they help form my business how I want it to be without any unnecessary stuff!

We’ve been using the Multi Vendor Marketplace app for our store, and it has been working really well for our needs. The app makes it easy to manage vendors and streamline our marketplace operations. A big shoutout to Chirag for his excellent support—he was quick to respond, very knowledgeable, and helped us set things up smoothly. Overall, a great experience so far!

Abhishek and the development team were very useful when setting up liquid.code inserts into drop down menus that I wanted to create on my store. They have been very responsive to my queries and I look forward to continuing to develop my marketplace with them! In particular the features and functionalities around the Payment Flow with splitting out the commission rates automatically will be very useful for my vendors, the ability for vendor to set their own product policies regarding shipping and returns in the seller dashboard and also setting up their own seller bios to include details about each brand will all be very useful features for my sellers.

good app, but 1 main GST compliance as per India is not available yet. The GST 'value' breakup on invoice which they miss communicated and didnt inform properly

Great help in setting up the app. I really appreciate the help. Despite the language differences, we found the best way to communicate together. We were able to do the initial setup, and the disposition was exceptional. One of the best apps for turning your marketplace into a complete C2C platform. It offers multiple powerful features that enhance the marketplace's overall functionality. One of its most notable features is its hyperlocal support, which allows for product discovery based on location and seamless local transactions.

I downloaded this app so that I can have vendors upload their products to my Shopify store. The price is fair since I do not plan on having too many vendors, and if I do I can upgrade and add more later. The customer service team reached out to me upon download and asked me if I needed help setting up. We got onto a conference call and everything was explained to me through screen sharing. It seems that the process is going to be easy for my vendors to setup their own products, I have the chance to approve or have them upload without my approval. The payment configuration is easy with bank draft of other payment gateways like PayPal, and I can make a monthly membership with a fee that suits my business, with the chance to get commission on sales. Technically they seem to have a lot of experience since they have been doing this for 12 years. I will write another post or update this one once we launch and I have more information about this app. Thank you Webkul

Sometimes is complicated with the tickets! But the chat is always super helpful and fast The app works well for both us and the designers but too often we have issues with product approvals and denials.
