The app is great for a marketplace environment. We have been using it for around 2 years now. Most of the user interface is self explanatory. It gets a bit tricky if you want to integrate this with Shopify. We've had issues with Metafields not synching with Shopify Metafields for at least 6 month. After several back and forward we discovered that the synch fails if a metafield in shopify is assigned to a product category. In order to synch data entered into the Webkul fields to shopify we had to remove al shopify assigned categories. Now a metafield for T-shirt size will also show up for Heating supply products. I hope that Webkul development can take a few moments out of there schedule and ensure full implementation with Shopify Metafields.
Thank you so much for sharing your valuable feedback and for being with us for the past two years. We completely understand your concern regarding the metafield synchronization with Shopify. The main issue here is that currently, we do not support custom fields based on taxonomy. The setup you are using relies on Shopify’s taxonomy structure, which is why the synchronization isn’t working as expected. That said, we’ve noted this as an enhancement request and added it to our to-do list for future development. In the meantime, we would recommend enabling the Manage Product Taxonomy Category Configuration feature. This will help ensure that once full compatibility with Shopify Metafields is implemented, your products will already have the necessary taxonomy assigned. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’re committed to making the app even better for you and all our marketplace users :)

Webkul has been great for me so far. There are a lot of configurations that can be a lot to process - but I have been able to build my site independently so far without any help from the team until this morning. Booked a call at my convenience with a team member (Md Akhtar Khan), determined there is one issue to be looked at from their team and had all my other questions addressed, he was very helpful. Call is overseas, so the sound was a bit difficult to hear at times but overall a positive experience. I will be switching my membership app over to Webkul soon as its FAR less expensive than the one I use now. There are many additional app add-ons available which I like as they help form my business how I want it to be without any unnecessary stuff!

We’ve been using the Multi Vendor Marketplace app for our store, and it has been working really well for our needs. The app makes it easy to manage vendors and streamline our marketplace operations. A big shoutout to Chirag for his excellent support—he was quick to respond, very knowledgeable, and helped us set things up smoothly. Overall, a great experience so far!

Abhishek and the development team were very useful when setting up liquid.code inserts into drop down menus that I wanted to create on my store. They have been very responsive to my queries and I look forward to continuing to develop my marketplace with them! In particular the features and functionalities around the Payment Flow with splitting out the commission rates automatically will be very useful for my vendors, the ability for vendor to set their own product policies regarding shipping and returns in the seller dashboard and also setting up their own seller bios to include details about each brand will all be very useful features for my sellers.

good app, but 1 main GST compliance as per India is not available yet. The GST 'value' breakup on invoice which they miss communicated and didnt inform properly
