Customer Service is very helpful straight forward and help you in anything you need. They also responded unbelievable quick. The app is easy to use there is plenty of apps inside which is webkul ready and they are priced fairly. I'm surprised everyday how amazing this app is.

I am just running an mvp, and so far the platform has been working pretty good and I have been able to adjust it to my need. Furthermore, the support team has been very supportive every time I need something.

A very robust application, with numerous settings and functionalities, sometimes hard to understand, but with extensive documentation and a support team always eager to help you with answers and immediate help. For us, it is the marketplace and multivendor application we were looking for.

First time using a MultiVendorApp and truly i find the app is a great functional platform for marketplace to use. And the fact that their software continuously strive for better enhancement user-interface and provide practical functions to sellers for easy management of their e-store. Thumbs up to the team! Also the support team has been helpful, and particularly Shipra whom has been patiently guided me through the platform eventhough she has already provided me the tutorial videos and links for my own reading. Thank you and i'm sure my team will also benefit from the support of Webkul support team!

Great App with Excellent Support We've been using the Webkul Multi Vendor Marketplace app for our Shopify store and it’s packed with features. The flexibility it offers for commission settings, seller management, and shipping logic is outstanding. Most importantly, their support team is responsive and helpful, guiding us through every setup step. Highly recommended for anyone building a serious multi-vendor marketplace.

Marketplace in early development stage but so far we're very satisfied with the features and level of support available
