This app as a paid integration with DHL that I was ready to pay for but turns out that they are not even registered with DHL. I went through all the complicated process and finally DHL told me this app is not registered with them. The customer service sucks and is extremely frustrating. They never respond to your questions and they show no real care for customers. I actually wonder how Shopify can allow such an app on their store. My problem is that I have not found a better app so far. It seems impossible to run a marketplace on Shopify. I would give them minus 5 if I could.

I used this app and a number of added features for this app to create a multivendor marketplace which allows for booking services, pickup, delivery and shipping. I needed help implementing coding and Webkul was extremely helpful. They were very responsive, very friendly and very knowledgeable. They helped me solve problems and added the features to fit my needs. I will continue to use Webkul's products and highly recommend them to others even if you don't have a lot of programming knowledge. Their products a highly versatile allowing me to set-up my website to fit my vision for the company I'm working on. Thank you Webkul!

I've been using this multi-vendor marketplace app by Webkul for a couple months now, ahead of my store launch in a few weeks. Everything the Shopify API permits, this app will do it. And every question I ask has an answer - and the team at Webkul is incredibly responsive and helpful. The only downside in my opinion is a UX that could be simplified and is a little overwhelming. But I trust the team at Webkul for their hard work to drop continuous upgrades, and I don't regret trusting them with such an important decision for my business, as this App will be powering all transactions and much more! to be continued!

Pooja is the best person to work with, and has made my experience working with Webkul wonderful! She deserves a promotion in my opinion. I had many hick-ups in the beginning with Webkul, until Pooja jumped in to help assist on the issues we were having. She has been a great support team!

Poor Customer Care service. Unprofessional team. Need to learn some manners. Money is not everything. We were using pro account but very poor customer support system. Not recommend anyone for this app.

Please read my review and response to developer's reply below. I want to take my time to write a review here about a very serious issue that can cause financial loss to many app users here. This app is very dangerous. The app is showing the total due amount to sellers more then what I suppose to owe. There is no way to tally the amount due to the seller. It does not show which orders are included in the total due to the seller. I have to check manually each order to figure it out. I found out that the total due is showing more than what I suppose to owe. I brought this issue to the attention of the Wekbul support team. I requested multiple times to talk to a higher authority to fix bugs. So far, there is no satisfactory solution. Please be very careful if you are using or planning to use this app. Keep an eye on the Total due to the seller. Make sure it is showing the correct amount otherwise you will end up paying more to the seller. I will update this review if their team comes up with a satisfactory solution. 08/07/2021 : Update to Developer Reply below: This is the best example of blaming me instead of carefully checking issues and apologize. Changing app settings should not affect past sales. Changing prices on Shopify should not affect past product earning. If the seller sold in past $100 item then I owe $100 for that order. if the price is changed in the future to $1 Million on Shopify end then I should not pay him $1 million for past order of $100. You app is still showing total due more than price changed in Shopify. I request you to check carefully entire ticket and discuss the issue before replying here.

I'm using this app to build a marketplace. There are a lot of functionalities that I found much more flexible than other platforms, especially when you add plugins. The interface isn't the most beautiful/user friendly, so there's a lot of details you need to check and test to make sure it works well. What I must say though, is the support team is really great and has gone above and beyond to make things work for us - e.g. editing the coding in the themes to make it compatible with the backend, how to ensure the Webkul backend is connected to domains and is viewed as a secure site.

After a thorough research, I chose Webkul's Multivendor marketplace to be the backbone of my marketplace. I was planning to evaluate the app and the vendor of a couple of points.. 1. Usability: Marketplaces are easier said than done; but this app is a great start, nearly an end to end solution. The team's openness and acceptance of ideas to continuously develop the software makes it even easy to scale. 2. Integrations: Any marketplace system is nothing much on its own, but Webkul's full suite of add-ons and feature apps are a treasure 3. Ease of use: At the first glance you get overwhelmed like seeing any new software, after spending some time to learn it becomes logical and easy to use. 4. Customization: These guys did a great job on this front, and almost all variables are customizable. 5. Support: That's the biggest reason I gave them 5 stars ratings! Webkul's support team is topnotch, speedy, and capable! They even help you with coding if needed. I was lucky enough to be dealing with Ayush, Kriti, Jyoti, and many other great supporters. They deal with you as a team, not a vendor! In the end, I trust that team with my business now and when I scale up; they listen and act fast and professionally; and they know the job. Highly recommending that solution, Webkul is a trusted partner.

I love this app, just what I needed after more than a year of struggling with other shopping platforms. The support here is outstanding, the support team is responsive courteous, and very knowledgeable and answered all my questions via the online chat application. Just brilliant.

This app is saving me so much time and resources, not only because it solves and brings an obvious solution to get sellers inside my store, but also because the customer support is excellent, beyond expectations. The feature apps are a great addition and are helping me build the perfect experience for my sellers. I can see they are improving quickly and are eager to repair any imperfection that I find in their system. 100% worth it. I am excited to see what else you guys bring.

First and foremost their customer service is incredible. The app itself is unbelievable. It has lots of different plug ins that are necessary in the long run. I would recommend it 100%. I used different marketplace apps but this one is more complete. I couldnt be happier.

This app is perfect if you are working with many sellers that are on WooCommerce, Prestashop etc. Basically, it is the app to use to connect sellers that are not on Shopify. The app is not very intuitive and there are many things you'll learn on the go. Just be prepared to spend time to fix issue with sellers (not related to the app but to the configuration of the sellers). However, the real selling point of the app is the support and the assitance. Very Very reactive and very helpful. Each issue I found has been addressed within the day and a solution was always found. I highly recommend.
