Great App with Excellent Support We've been using the Webkul Multi Vendor Marketplace app for our Shopify store and it’s packed with features. The flexibility it offers for commission settings, seller management, and shipping logic is outstanding. Most importantly, their support team is responsive and helpful, guiding us through every setup step. Highly recommended for anyone building a serious multi-vendor marketplace.

This app is incredibly customizable - you can adjust pretty much everything to match whatever your store needs. The customer support is also super reliable. They respond quickly and actually help solve problems instead of just sending generic replies. If you want to turn your Shopify store into a marketplace, this app is definitely worth checking out!

I was not allowed to make a 4 star review. They were friendly and kind and a little bit pushy at times. The reason for my 4 starts instead of 5. They kept me on the line insisting that I give them a 5 start review. They abruptly and angrily ended the call when I tried to explain to them why I was giving a 4 star review. Once they hung up on me. The issue that was initially fixed reverted back to the same problem I called in about. This has caused me totfurther reduce the rate to 3 stars. Davinyshka could have gotten a 5 start review had she continued on the line with me

The team is so receptive and helped with all kinds of problems or requests that I had. They respond fast and look for the best solution. They fixed the way the Seller was showing up on the product page, added different informations about the Sellers and informed me about all I had to know in the platform. Thank you.

This app has truly gone above and beyond our expectations, meeting nearly every requirement we had. The installation and setup process is straightforward, and the interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. Our vendors have also experienced a smooth and hassle-free onboarding process with the app. On top of that, the support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful, addressing all of our questions and concerns promptly.

Atención al cliente muy buena. Pedí algunas mejoras y me las hicieron expresamente para mí sin problema. Llevo años utilizando la aplicación y siempre te ayudan y buscan la manera de solucionar tus peticiones. En mi caso la app es perfecta para que una misma variante pueda ser vendida a la vez por diferentes vendedores, no hay niniguna otra app que tenga esta funcionalidad.

Support ist gut und hilfsbereit, der Chat könnte besser sein, Screenshots auszutauschen ist umständlich, da man sie nur hochladen kann. in 2025 nicht mehr zeitgemäss. Und: leider keine deutsche variante für deutschsprachige Kunden, die Option zum Selberübersetzen und selbst eine Variante erstellen, aber immerhin gegeben. Hat man die Zeit dafür, ist es eigentlich besser so. Die App ist gut, und gut in Shopify integriert.
