As a newcomer to Webkul, we have found the support to be absolutely first class. Our marketplace is artesial.co.uk and is unusual in many ways, but we have been supported throughout by the Webkul team. Kashgara to name just one of the team has been so helpful and patient - would give 10 stars if we could. The software has so many options and configurations it can seem daunting but it does pretty much everything you would want to get a marketplace up and running so we're delighted with our choice of platform. I am using MVM for building marketplace on shopify and this is one of the best marketplace plugin on shopify. Support is also helpful.

Despite our numerous complains and tickets, we are being ignored by webkul, our webkul dashboard was locked for 3 months despite our recurring bill of $65.
We noticed that you did not accept the updated charges, which caused the issue of being unable to access the dashboard. Our team promptly addressed this matter during our meeting and resolved it immediately.

The best thing about Webkul is the support. Every single issue I have had has been handled very promptly and professionally! I could not fault their support team, Shipra in particular has been a star! The platform has met most of our needs thus far, and for an affordable price.
