Translate store ‑ GTranslate

Perfect app. Translates all of your web-site in seconds. We had incompatibility issues with a filter app which were professionally addressed by their support team and their Arshak developer.

Apart from a recurring issue whenever we upgrade our theme, which require Gtranslate technical support to fix it, and makes the process not as smooth as it should be, the app works fine and customer service is excellent. Special thanks to Ella and Tigran for their efficient support.

wow what a great bit of customer service Elen was just fantastic and really helped me with the setup - without her i would of given up ages ago!!! Installato la versione a pagamanento che permette la traduzione del Checkout, fa bene il suo dovere di traduzione. Ho avuto difficoltà nella confgurazione e "ELEN" del supporto Gtranslate mi ha configurato il tutto da remoto!

Unfortunely I must change my previous Review. the app stopped to work correctly a week ago, there is a great caos on my website at this moment: all the subdomains are offline, all the subdomains redirect on the italian checkout pages and not on the correct subdomains checkout and, MOST IMPORTANT, i have no support from the GTranslate theme to fix these issues asap. I have sended a lot of email in the last days without any result. I'm thinking to uninstall the app. Not good

Very interesting app with a nice widget for translate your ecommerce and a great support with Arshak. Recommended.

Firstly, the app translates pretty accurate. Setup process is pretty straight forward. You also may rely on support if you need help to integrate the language switcher into your site in a specific place. Ella from support helped us with that 100%, quickly and professionally. What a legend.

Hello guys, I want to leave here my review. When I launched this app I faced the problem in customizing the Language Selector in accordance to my Store design. I have communicated via chat asking team to help customise the widget. Susanna from GTranslate made a great work! I asked her several times to change this and that and she did it very quickly and very well. I appreciate that. Thank you very much! 5 stars. Concerning the App, I cannot tell something more at the moment, because I am still testing now. First what I noticed, that translation must be corrected manually, anyway! Automatic translation is not looks good. Even the same words can appear in different places with different translation. So, you should check every translated text by yourself. But interface for making corrections is very good! The second, what is very strange for me, the Shopify does not allow to create Language Folders, only Sub-Domains.
