Customer service amazing before buying the app. Later when we changed the theme and need them the most to have a perfect website launch, we are waiting 6 days (and counting...) without a solution for our website. Simple task to transfer the customization from the old theme to the new one. Unbelievable.

Arshak did a great job to modify the language switcher according to our needs. Ellen has been really helpful with installing the app according to our needs and providing additional information for the setup. Thank you for that! Translations are site wide including 3rd party apps and translations are generally good but need some modifications, which was to be expected. One drawback we do see is that when switching a multilingual website to shopify with gtranslate, you are only able to modify the translated languages after transferring the final domain. Meaning that you can only start modifying translations when the domain has already been switched.

Gtranslate are really not honnest and not skilled people. The app brought so many errors on my website, and they never helped with it, they ended up just blocking my account after maybe 3 years because I was insisting too much that they solve the issue. This is one of the worst support you can find, and the worst technology. Most reviews here are fake because they insist a lot for you to give a review when they do a small adjustment.

Really appreciate the help of Elen. We contact customer service to change the location of the Language Selector for our website. They respond very quickly and help to change the location several times to fulfill our request. Now we are very satisfied with the adjustment. Because the Language Selector is more convenient to use and easy to find by our customers.

The app was very easy to install. The location of the Language selector was a little tricky so we contacted Borya via Chat on the G-translate site and he was very helpful in getting it located in the area we wanted it on our website. So far so good. We feel the cost of the app will be more than off-set by the increase in sales.

The apps works, but not on all fronts. It doesn't (automatically) translate reviews from the Yotpo app (like with the rest of the site) via the ''Auto switch to browser language'' function. Only when you refresh the page or reselect the country flag. Also this Yotpo app review text is not a fixed content (section) of the website itself - it is not visible when editing the site from the frontside (creating extra subdomains will not work in our opinion), so we had the feeling the text 'initially' stays locked when someone is visiting the page for first time. We have asked the Support team of G-translate to get this fixed/unclocked. We asked for help, and been told if we upgraded our subscription plan to paid (again) we would get the help. But once we have done that, it turned out (almost directly) it could not be solved. It makes it a bit sad because we already made it clear from the beginning we already have subdomains via Translate & Adapt and showed screenshots of it as well. So they could have known and advised us earlier instead of advising to get paid plan first. Therefore it makes it a bit less experience. If it can be looked at and fixed properly then we would be grateful

Very good and helpful support, some app features have to be advanced, e.g. manual translations. We had some problems with translating the original shopify buttons, but it seems to work now :-) Thanks Arshak and Tigran for your help!
