I installed it before in a free version and skipped to another app with a different approach. No i switched back to gtranslate with a bilingual paid plan. So far i am happy. if there were two translations included it would we best !! Support is fast and willing to help you. I talked to Ella and she helped immediately. Thanks and waiting for the second translation XD

Some things could be done easier. For example, I cannot create the rule for a 2-character word, so I have to change it manually everywhere. The selector could have more design options. Still, it's a good app provided that it's based on a Google Translate engine. I had an issue with relocating the selector on top to the header row. Their support on behalf of Susanna, Elen, and Ella was very helpful in terms of correcting all my remarks to my satisfaction. I didn't give 5 stars as it feels like there are some things that could be improved. Still, the app is reliable enough and worth installing.

There was times where it was really confusing for both parties, plus the difference in time zone made it harder to communicate instantly. However, Sergey was patient and help to fix the issues that we were facing. It would be good if support was 24hours.

excellent support by the team of gtranslate. We had some technical issues, which where related to some compromised code in our onlineshop. With Arshak we had solved the problem within hours and say thanks for helping us.

This app is extremely easy to use. With one click I translated my shopify mountain bike parts site (www.monkamoo.com) to multiple languages. I also subscribed to the business plan for $27.99/month so that it enhances my SEO. Ripa set up my entire list of languages for me. It was excellent cutomer service. Now I can reach all over the world in native language. Look forward to continuing this partnership.

I had the issue that my footer disappeared when I installed the language picker. I contacted the support and got a super fast answer and solution by Arshak. Now everything works and I'm happy.

I love this app, it's the best translator I've tried so far, I contacted the support to add the selector to the header bar, I was dealing with Ella from the support team, and she did an amazing job, not only editing the position of the selector but customizing it also to my theme, 5 stars and special thanks to Ella

Hi!! this app is very usefull but i need to report some mistake in a specific translation. In "Euskera" translation, it uses the word "NEKATUTA" instead of "AGORRUTA". The correct word is AGORRUTA. Thx

It is a good and affordable translator. some things are translated by letter but the most of the translations are correct.

Used this app to translate my store. In the free version is good in the paid version as well. I am willing to test the SEO translation, but so far so good. The customer service of Lilt was very efficient
