I am using GTranslate and it is really useful. Customer support is very responsive and helpful. I had an issue with Widget position and Lilli was very kind to help me in few minutes. I definitely recommend the app.

I haven't found any other app that could do so many things. The customer service is quite busy sometimes but very competent. They fixed so many things and made their tool works for my very difficult specs. Will use for a long time.

These guys and gals keep going untill they have solved it. And they are very reachable. Love it! Also the possibilities are bigger with this app as with other apps (such as url translations etc).

I have tried a few Translation apps but GTranslate seems to be the best. Very simple to install and no real restrictions with word count etc. Already seem to be getting SEO results and any issues the support is great, I was dealing with Ripa and she has been fantastic!

Arshak, Ella you provide AWESOME service. I've been looking for the perfect translation app to fit with my more complex store. (We have multiple apps in place for our original website) We tried a couple translation apps and nothing was working as I wanted. I found Gtranslate and WOW, all is working, if I need to fix something I get a quick answer with a solution. I am sooooo happy! Considering I have multiple english and french clientele, I am so happy. Thank you so much

Muy buena app, en la versión gratuita la traducción automática puede llegar a tener unos pocos errores de traducción. El servicio es muy bueno también, Tigran me ayudó de manera rápida y eficiente con algunos inconvenientes.

The app is quite good, the best i found for translation of shopify. You can translate every test, images, domain etc. To be honest the image translation can be better and more user friendly. Thanks a very good and friendly support service with the operator Ella i manage to make it work perfectly.

Замечательное приложение! Очень удобно и легко использовать. Поддержка всегда на высоком уровне. Чтобы сделать свой магазин более привлекательным для клиентов есть много разных приложений. Но не всегда они поддерживают языки моего магазина. Меня это совсем не пугает, потому что я всегда могу обратиться за помощью. И неоднократно уже это делала. Некоторых сотрудников поддержки я уже запомнила по именам, так как часто к ним обращаюсь. Это Рипа, Сюзан и Аршак. Как раз сегодня Аршак очень быстро сделан переводы важного приложения для моего магазина. Я знаю, что в любое время суток могу обратиться за помощью и получу её в лучшем виде. Я рада, что выбрала именно GTranslate для переводов! Рекомендую! На днях я опять обращалась за помощью. В этот раз со мной работала Лилит. Большое ей спасибо, все вопросы были решены оперативно!
