Translate store ‑ GTranslate

Amazing customer support, especially Ella from their customer support has been very helpful lately as I had some smaller issues that I was not able to sort myself. Together with their development team they have made some small adjustments in the code so the widget is positioned correctly on my store. Thank you again for your quick and great support.

I wouldn't recommend this app for website translation solution We moved from WEGLOT to GTranslate for a more cost effective solution. The support at GTranslate haven't helped get either of our 2 sites over the line. Lots of Canonical issues & Href issues causing errors in search console. Their technical support just keep telling us to wait but were in no idea when this will be solved. Our traffic has dropped over 70% since moving from Weglot to GTranslate. Were hoping they will solve this other wise we will have to revert back to WEGLOT will take another few months to reindex. My opinion is to use WEGLOT until they get their app and support up to speed

at first glance the tool looks good to me.. i cant say anything about SEO results up to now, but the support is awesome.. many thanks to Ripa for helping me even after your official working hours! :-)

The support team is the best! They can solve almost any problem for you. I had a very crucial problem i wanted to be solved and they've fixed it. Arshak solved the problem for me, i'm very happy now. Also, Susanne is a very kind and warm supporter thats almost always available. She helps out with very technical problems too. For example adding a google search form instead of the shopify standard search form, so visitors can search for my products in any language! Great support team, I highly recommend.

The app is okay. It is not perfect at translating and you may have to spend some time correcting. The chat help is very quick and very helpfull. I got help to adjust the design om my selector by Borya and I am very satisfied with the quick and nice response and solution.

We recently transitioned to GTranslate and we are super happy that we did! Not only the pricing is much more reasonable than other competitors, but it also works better, faster and more efficient as opposed to other translation apps. I needed some help with translation exclusions and third party apps integration with GTranslate and the support and developer team was really helpful and friendly, they solved these issues very quick and very efficient. Really amazing and a special thank you to Susanna, Ella & Edvard. Highly recommended +++++

This app is great, I was in contact with Lilit and Lilit did a wonderful job helping me customize the translation selector placement. I looked around at several apps and only GTranslate did not have a max language limitation. Thank you so much for this great app!

I would say that I didn't like the fact the widget is not easy to place on the homepage, unfortunately. Also, I didn't like the fact that I couldn't have the english canadian and french canadian languages. For the overall experience, this app is quite easy to use and to install!
