nice application, translation is great and of course not 100% correct but is great to kick start the store in multiple languages. everything can be set up in less than 10 minutes. in addition, their customer service is quick and fast, customer agent Susanna helped me solve a small issue quickly. Highly recommended

If I can write a negative star review for the G Translate support I will. The app has various problems, on which their Support is completely unhelpful 1) Incompatibility with Shopify's sitemap URL structure, resulting in all local language URLs being wrong on the sitemap, which is bad for SEO. I had to use a complex workaround. 2) Auto switch to browser language - it does not work, and their support is completely unhelpful, to put it nicely 3) Related to #1, with GTranslate each language will be a different subdomain, resulting in Google itself deeming every language as separate websites, which is terrible for SEO If you don't care about SEO and auto-switching to your customers' languages this app works fine. But you do, stay away from it!

I have been using this app for about two months and I haven't had any issues with it. I use this app for SEO purposes and it's a great app. Initially, I had the free version but was looking to also sell internationally so I upgraded to the paid version of this app. I like the fact that this will crawl my pages in the native language that I select which is better for SEO optimization. It will also automatically detect via geolocation, which language to change the site to. Susanna was awesome and assisted me with the placement of the selector, which looks great. The team here responds very quickly and will help you with any configuration that you may need.

A Great app, it does translate automatically and you can easily edit automatic translations manually. easy to configure with excellent costumer service help. I had some troubles, but thanks to Elen who answered all my questions and gave on-point solutions ;)

Doesn't work well at all! until they don't find a solution to integrate with Shopify perfectly this app is a fail. for those who want to sell outside of the US choose an app the Shopify supports.

the support in this page is great! The app itself may improve a little bit but its the amazing help from the team which makes it superb! Elen always gives me a incredible support and in a super fast response. Recommend it.

Great app. You can put all languages you want and it's very easy to install. The switcher is highly customizable and customer service (Elen) is very fast and helpful on any issue.

I use this app for easy google translations on my store and it works wonders. Susanna in particular has worked closely with me in formatting it the way I want and she proves to never waste any time. She is very polite and her communication is clear, to the point, and she gets the job done in seconds. Definitely a problem solving app when it comes to translations.

I really like the quality of the neuro translation from English to French in the paid version. I also like being able to edit the French on the webpage view, where I can see the text, rather than having to search for the text inside an app. Ripa from customer service has been great, helpful, and very prompt in her responses to all my questions as I have been setting it up. 4 stars instead of 5, because I wish there was an auto-translate for the email notifications in shopify! There is code to make it switch to the user's language when the email is sent, but first I have to manually translate all the emails inside the liquid template which is a long process... Gtranslate please give us an automatic option for the emails! Everything else has been great so far.

I use this app but feel that its location is not good first. Then I emailed customer support. The customer server Elen responded to my questions very friendly and helped me solve the problem quickly.

This tool works great and Ripa is AMAZING! Her quick and diligent customer service allowed me to tweak this tool to my liking in a matter of minutes and push it to production. I highly recommend this app for anyone looking for a translation tool!
