I have spoken to an incredible person today from GTranslate her name is Ella . Ella has helped me for a few hours and I so appreciate her expertise, her patience her knowledge. I needed to set up this app so my store was converted into different languages. Ella was just amazing and so very patient. I would highly recomend this app as the customer service is so good. The CS is really amazing, especially Ella, she has been a great help for me these few days, if you want to have your site translated in different languages without going through all those troublesome editor and at the same time having professional and timely customer service to deal with your problems, GTranslate will definitely be your pick!

Good app as you can edit the translations yourself. I found placement of the language flags difficult as the standard placement worked on desktop view but not on mobile view. I'm no coder but Ella at customer support patiently placed the flags exactly where I needed them. Ella was a great help and it gives you confidence in an app when you get good support.

It’s easy to use. When you don’t understand anything, their customer service is great, especially the customer service “”RIPA“”. I don’t need to do anything. She kindly helps me solve all problems.

I was talking to Borya and he went above and beyond and provided the utmost professional service and solved all my issues. He went as far as to access my web page himself and edited what needed to be edited to fix my issue I was having. I was beyond satisfied with his service and the app itself.
