Just recently switched over to this app to have my website translated in french. I am so satisfied with it, it's super efficient, simple, and easy to use! Not to mention that their customer service is amazing! Ella was so helpful in helping us integrate this app into our website with a customized widget that matches perfectly with our theme! I had some setup issues in the beginning, but I wrote support and they where really helpful with setting everything up correct. It´s simple to use and it works well.

I don't recommend this app. A lot of bugs, bad user experience. After we spent 2 days fixing the auto translation (which was super bad), the edits weren't saved.. Very bad customer support specially Ella and Angela.

I used this app for the translation from english to french. The automatic translation is good, I only had to correct few expressions. The interface is userfriendly. And the customer care service is Great! I had issue putting the selector on the new theme, and Ripa provide a great service.

I have spoken to an incredible person today from GTranslate her name is Ella . Ella has helped me for a few hours and I so appreciate her expertise, her patience her knowledge. I needed to set up this app so my store was converted into different languages. Ella was just amazing and so very patient. I would highly recomend this app as the customer service is so good.
